WHERE IS THE APPROVED VENDORS LIST?

All I see is just a bunch of posts about vendors explaining their new deals or if they are in stock or not. Is there an actual organized vendors list? I keep hearing about we had to drop a vendor from the approved vendors list or add a vendor. where is this list? Thanks
