Very true! I like adding it to oat milk. Makes a delicious night-time drink. I will admit though, when I make my blue lotus milk, I use the leftovers from my batch, which usually turns out to be the equivalent of like 15-20 droppers full. LOL. So I REALLY feel it. If you use kratom a lot, you will need more blue lotus to feel the effects.
