Just a few short months after going live I can confidently say that that gamble has paid off. The reason for this is simple; the customer is smart. Most of our customers take kratom on a daily basis and realize that although they can pay more, they are unlikely to get more. The feedback that we have been getting is overwhelmingly positive, and the few complaints we have had have been very minor (i.e. "this strain doesn't hit for me). In these situations, we have without fail, been able to find a resolution by simply sending the customer a different strain free of charge. Additionally, we have yet to have to offer a single refund under our satisfaction guarantee policy because nobody has asked for one.
