Hey, Jaredt82 says he's waiting for a shipment or refund from you, and can't get in touch with you anymore. It would show us your good faith if you were to resolve that. It's good to be in good standing with the group. Can you help?
I have no skin in this game but I just wanted to share something real quick with the group. I don’t know the seller but from what I can tell, and the photos that Jared provided in his comment, it looks like the order is all normal to me. I have been ordering from Indonesia for a while and sometimes this happens when they are backed up in Indonesia. Right now the Indonesian Postal Service is super backed up so my credit supplier is using email only and you have to wait until a container is full before the package ships. And only wants the container flights to the US and is processed will the shipper receive all of the tracking numbers that he sent out. And then the seller was in the tracking numbers out to the buyers.
So before everybody jumps on this guys case, we should give him at least 30 days for the package to arrive at the buyers house. Keep in mind this package is coming from Indonesia throughout the pandemic. I personally have 50 kg that I am waiting to receive that I’ve been taking more than 45 days, and I fully trust my seller. So since the Jared just ordered it, I would say that everything looks fine so far
People just need to be a little more patient when they are ordering direct from Indonesia. He ordered it on June 18 and is already freaking out. I totally understand where he’s coming from but I wouldn’t even start worrying or complaining for at least 30 days. And then at that point the crate him still will arrive probably, I have yet to have a package not show up.
If the concern is the integrity of the seller, I would say that he seems pretty honest. He provided photos of the packages and has been replying to your messages whenever you inquire. Keep in mind he’s running a business and contacts lots of other people so try to understand that all he can do is ship it and wait for the Postal Service to tell him the tracking number
I'm only asking because he can't get in touch with him, and mentioned that his site (or profile somewhere) is gone. I understand that it hasn't been long at all, but I was hoping he'd at least get some kind of information. I'd be too afraid to try my luck overseas; my only experience is reading gumby's great thread.
