Father's Day and traditional Kava

Happy Father's Day! I had a little bit of golden standard from Herba Re-Leaf this morning and making some traditional kava from them as well. They compliment each other nicely. I have a big day ahead of me with getting everything together for lunch/dinner time. I get overwhelmed sometimes when I feel like I don't have enough time to do things, so the kava will help my anxiety and will help calm my body down as I'm getting everything ready.
