Whew… it’s been one of those days.

But tonight? I’m winding down with a warm cup of instant kava from Herba Re_-leaf, and honestly, it’s exactly what I needed.

The anxiety has been really rough on me lately, and this kava works like a charm on my nervous system and my muscles!!
Time to restock on it very soon… because I’m not trying to be without this magic when life gets loud.

The idea of warm kava seems... repulsive; at the least, noxious. But to each his own.

I can verify its potency and it has a great clean feel to it, though, as kava, still needs a chaser imho. And I've had fresh frozen and concentrates - dehydrated juice, unlimited grog kava at events, etc. Have not had official kava circles in Hawaii, Fiji, Tonga, Samoa, etc. (I live in Hawaii where kava is called awa, where the w is pronounced as a v). We have less of a kava tradition than other Polynesian peoples.

Pick some up if you want any good kava from them, and be on the lookout for savings codes. Some other vendors I would recommend are gourmet hawaiian kava and puuohokustore.com.

I love their instant kava. I get some every month. I've been utilizing it a lot in the morning before work to calm my nerves. Work has been incredibly stressful lately but the kava help manage the stress and anxiety. I'm making some right now.
