Best kava for first time?

Can anyone recommend some solid kava vendor/type for a first timer? Looking for something heavy and sleepy for night time. Also looking for a good morning alternative. Is there even energetic kava or is it all somewhat relaxing? Thanks!

Ive been buying my Kava from an online company called TheKavaRoots.com they have a really quality product and has excellent reviews online. The Kavassuer has a review of their Tongan Family Reserve that is excellent.

Always grab GHK gourmethawaiiankava.com micro imo. If you like non-micro kavatime, or bula are good and are good for micro as well but a bit under value. The kavatime flavored kavas are perfect for a noob, you get a bit of a meh deal as far as dose/$ but they taste SOOOOOO good. I order them frequently.
