I've tried it once and it was way too much work doing it. I would like to know about the liver damage part about this plant. Is it really true? Like if you drank for 15 years, overweight, fatty liver should you avoid?
Is there a less risky and easier way to consume it?

You should do your own research. There is tons of info on this out there and its not fair to expect someone on a forum to hand it all to you. Nor should you trust anyone's opinion on a forum.FroggySock wrote: ↑Wed Mar 31, 2021 10:34 am I've tried it once and it was way too much work doing it. In short: Avoid Tudei. Buy Noble. We still don't know if kava is completely safe, but we know its reasonably safe. There may still be some minor liver toxicity in noble kava that we haven't observed yet. There are not a lot of studies on this even though kava has been used by island cultures for a long time.
