Smiley Time - Dragon Breath - Batch #04/15/19

So I had ordered Dragon Breath (red,green,yellow) before and I really loved it. It had this perfect balance of pain relief, moderate energy boost and euphoria. One of my work Go-To's.

Yesterday I took 5 grams and boy did I not see this coming! After 30 minutes I got the wobbles big time, which is something that I haven't had in a long time. Long story short it is very potent and the effects tend to be more in the white/green range. I know Smiley gets some strains like the PMD (love it) already mixed by the seller, so I am not sure about the Dragon Breath.

I should probably add that I have used Kratom for 4 years, primarily for pain management and have a pretty good tolerance - 5 grams is totally within my normal range.

Besides that, this is not a complaint, it is just really strong and I recommend a low dose to begin with. I mixed it with some Red Aceh (great strain) this morning and it felt great!

I am extremely happy with Smiley Time, from their fast and reliable customer service to a constant flow of good strains, you get the full package! I was a little sad about the order/price changes, primarily because I am on a mega budget at the moment and the 200 gram option was something I could afford. I really depend on Kratom for my pain management; it takes me through a long day at work - despite being in pain.

Same thing happened to me in the order I got Saturday from Smiley. Ive been taking 7g for well over a year so I didn’t think about the golden rule of start at half dose on a new order.....I got a headache that just wouldn’t stop.
Next time I dropped my dose to 3g and have been working my way around to find my happy place.

He’s definitely got some top shelf Kratom.

Just curious, 4 years, what were some of the vendors U used before discovering STH ? I was buying head-shop 3 years ago lol.. Seems like, a bunch of the "older" vendors since 2018 either closed shop, or refused to lower their prices...

Aceh strains are interesting, most kratom is from Borneo/ Kapuas River, look on the map and Aceh is located far, far, away on the tip of Sumatra! Its pronounced like a sneeze. Ahh-Chey https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Aceh

Greets BallzDeep9 - that's a good question. I think I started off with buykratom. They actually had the best Red Horn I have ever had. I have been buying Red Horn from many suppliers over the years but never managed to get something comparable. Not even close. However, they were very expensive and I got some real bunk quality a couple of times. Don't know if they are still around.

After that I remember buying from Kratom Syndicate. Good Quality, and they test their product for lead, impurities, bacteria etc. At some point I started ordering from gaia - before they sold bunk. They had an incredibly good Red Bali. I discontinued Gaia after 2 lousy shipments and also not getting any response to my complaints.

For the last 1-2 years I have been ordering from RVA and SoCal mostly, and of course my latest addition - SmileyTime. I have been sticking to my reliable vendors primarily because I can't afford to order from a new vendor and get low quality, but I surely miss ordering 10 different strains just to see if they're any good! Another thing I really appreciate about Smiley is that he lets you know in advance about new shipments and quality. Helps a lot.

I have read numerous of your entries here in the forum and you are very knowledgeable - thanks for sharing . There is not really a lot of Kratom specific info out there, and very often the content is contradictory.

I have some from January that didn't really "mesh" with my chemistry...I think it's time for a second try with this blend...seems a LOT of people are enjoying it. Smiley, would there be much difference in recent batches and mine from early January? I think mine must be close to the original offering of it? I don't usually wait long to try your new stuff

I took 6g of Dragon Fire 2 hours ago, and felt absolutely zero for an hour and a half. Then about 20 min or so it started coming on. No wobbles, but it’s pretty nice. Decent pain relief and mood lift. I might be buying more of it. I only got 50g a few months ago. 7.5/10 I guess.
