Overall: 6 If you love fast whites this is the strain for you. I found it too fast on its own, but it works really well blended with a slower Red.

2.Gold Bali
Speed:6
Mood Boost:7
Pain:7
Overall:7 This is a great mid-spec Gold that provides decent pain relief and a pleasant mood boost.

3.Red Horn
Speed:5
Mood Boost:7
Pain:9
Overall:8 This is a mid-spec red that provides great pain relief without knocking you out. It's a great daytime red.

4. Red Elephant
Speed:3
Mood Boost:6
Pain:10
Overall:9 This a slow red that provides great pain relief, and a slight mood boost. If you're looking to make it less sedating try blending it with a fast white or green strain. Out of the four strains in my order this by far my favorite.

thank you. i've had great experiences with his green MD, red MD, green JK, and i remember having to take a smaller dose of his whites since i haven't had a white in a while and was getting frequent headaches that i theorized had to do with my low tolerance for whites. Those are my absolute favorites. His golds didn't have any energy boost to me, but had a mild mood boost if anything and low to no pain relief, but i've seen others rave about his gold bali specifically. I haven't felt what they felt. Red vietnam was meh as well. just ordered a few samples and will see where they take me. I'm more interested in the energy aspect and pain secondarily.

with all of that said, MMB is easily my favorite vendor in the 1 1/2 years of me taking kratom with great customer service and fast shipping. Their replies are instantaneous and i'm not sure if it is a one man/(woman???) operation, but they definitely deliver. I am hoping to try some more of their stuff especially with their minimal charge for 4+ way split kilos, but as i'm low on money, i'm sticking with the ones that i know work for now.

No problem. I'm not really big on using kratom for energy, but from his mewe group, the more energetic strains seem to be the Green Premium MD, Green Thai, White Thai, Green Kaupas, White Kaupas, and White MD, I haven't tried the Green Premium MD, Green Thai, Green Kaupas or White MD, so I can't speak on them. I'm not the biggest white fan, but I enjoyed his White Sumatra, White Kali, and White Jong Kong, for whatever that's worth. There were only two strains that were disappointing to me, the Red Kaupas, and Red Vietnam. It sucks that his Golds don't work for you. MitraMan's leaf is incredibly consistent, which is weird, and what makes him my go-to vendor. Mitraman customer service is great, not only because he answers my questions, but if he makes a mistake, he is quick to fix it. Mitraman is a man, and he's the one who answers questions, but I remember him mentioning his wife helping him fill his orders. I use the 4, 5, 6-gram method with my kratom. If I'm taking a white strain my dose is no more than 4 grams, a green strain my dose is no more than 5 grams, and a red strain is no more than 6 grams. I also enjoy blending whites with Green or Red strains. For some reason, those two rules keep me from getting the dreaded kratom headache.
