Botanical Bunny Wild White
Holy shit, this strain is a amazing and packed with alkaloids! I have a bit of tolerance and could not believe how much this cut through it and felt like my first dose ever.
Energy: 7 out of 10. It had a great amount of focus, where I could sit down and work on a painting for a few hours. I couldnsee myself replacing my morning coffee with this. I definitely would avoid this strain at night.
Euphoria: 10 out of 10. I haven’t felt like this since I first started taking kratom. It had a decent amount of music enhancement too, which I’ve never gotten from any other strain. All of the little stresses that normally bother me during the day did not, and I was in a good mood all day.
Duration: 8 out of 10. I have a hard time getting most strains to last, and can barely feel them past 2 hours or so. With this one, the warmth, focus, and mood boost lasted for about 6 hours!
Pain relief: 4 out of 10. Sadly, this is the only downside. I had to take some ibuprofen with it because it wasn’t enough to relieve my chronic pain on its own.
Overall: 7 out of 10. I haven’t had a strain this good in a long time, despite the downsides of limited pain relief and some nausea at higher doses. Sadly, I just checked the page and it’s out of stock. I hope they order more of this one.

Thanks for the review, Magick_cat, and welcome!
For those of us who have some on hand, could you check the bag and let us know the lot or batch number? I've heard varying opinions on BB Wild White, and I suspect it has more to do with the specific batch than individual chemistry.
They should be getting more fairly shortly, they usually do, but I'm excited to try all the different batches that will be coming out around the end of the summer and early fall -- HARVEST! We should see some really great strains come out then, and better batches of the strains we already know and love.

Re: Botanical Bunny Wild White
I love the Wild White brand, I was an early tester for this, and have a few different batches in my stash. Botanical Bunny is the first, and best, vendor for this leaf .. which was a Indo "brand name" produced by GGK - my understanding was that he actually setup a camp in the jungle to harvest older trees and bigger trees ( as opposed to the majority of kratom which is picked around villages like Hulu and JongKong. ) thus his "brand" Wild kratom.
The original Wild Green was a HUGE hit at BB, then a couple other US vendors, Garuda and Kats ... GGK did run into a problem when other US vendors began stocking "Wild" strains that didn't come from him .. same problem with Sulawesi and other Indo brands. Buy the Real Wild leaf from Botanical Bunny, and it's guaranteed to be genuine!

Ballz, I love the way you give us the "inside" story on a lot of Vendors and leaf "strains"...That and of course all the work you put into the Vendor Lists themselves. In case you guys haven't figured it out, this information is GOLDEN and can save a lot of "damn I wish I had known about that" moments. It has for me. Just want you to know it is VERY much appreciated! Keep up the GREAT work my friend!BallzDeep9 wrote:I love the Wild White brand, I was an early tester for this, and have a few different batches in my stash. I thought BB's "Lot Numbers" represent particular sources? I don't see dates or anything more than that, unless I am missing something. At one time I had the "sources" the numbers go with, but of course can't find it. I seem to remember Lot 13 being VLNT leaf. I have some Wild White (Lot 14) from December of last year that I LOVE, and have been nursing it along (Wild Green is awesome from back then too). The WW adds that "certain something" to just about any other leaf. I also just got the latest batch (I just call it the "Late July" Batch, and is still LOT 14) and have not really tried it yet. I had seen a not so good review of this batch back a little while ago, so glad to see a better take on it as well.
The "July" batch of Green Malay (Lot 13) was very good to me as well. I have more of that and a few other things landing tomorrow I hope. Looking forward to a "new" one called "VERDE" I had not seen them carry previously. I don't think I have ever gotten a "bunk" anything from BB. Some better than others of course, but nothing really bad.

Re: Botanical Bunny Wild White
Hey Labdog! Lot numbers are actually both source and batch #, depending on how the vendor processes that. They will usually tell you the lot or batch -- even put it on the bag -- but they don't frequently tell you the source, and some don't give you either source or batch/lot number at all. I have several bags from K-OG, for example, that have no indication of what's in it other than the strain name. Lot or batch#? I have no idea and never did.
By contrast, with BB you can see both on the invoice in the SKU number, which generally has the source and lot # right in the SKU, but even with vendors where that's not apparent, the batch or lot # is still very useful IF they give one.
Usually, a lot or batch # is just that: an indication of which batch or shipment THAT vendor got of THAT strain of leaf, the particulars of which are known only to the vendor, and usually doesn't indicate to the buyer anything more than that. BB is an exception here, again, with the source in the invoice SKU number.
But that lot or batch number is still very useful, even if no other information is known to the buyer. Put it this way: I don't have to know anything about the source, or even what a specific lot number for that vendor means, to know that -- for example -- BB's Plantation Lot 12, or RVA's Royal Bent Batch 42018, or SoCal's 12/5/17 Gold Malay was excellent leaf for me. If you're lucky, you can even know whether you're reordering from the same batch if they still have it in stock, or a different one. So IF it's available it's still good to know, regardless of what it actually means to that particular vendor.
Hope this helps. Good luck with the "Verde" -- if it works out maybe you could write a review for us!

Re: Botanical Bunny Wild White
I get all that...what I'm saying is there is no real info to know if you are getting a particular "batch" that was good with BB. No DATE for the batch. So the Wild White I got way back in December was Lot 14...the WW I got last month is still just Lot 14. Not really helpful at all.
I have always felt that Vendors that use the date, like RVA and Kraydo, just as examples are on the right track. RVA just has a date like 7152018 (July 15th, 2018)...So now if PMD is getting great reviews I can see if it is still the same batch of PMD, or ask around if anyone has PMD 7152018 to trade. With BB you don't know WHAT batch of LOT 14 was good. Having the Lot number doesn't give me any info I can USE. Wish they would add a date.

Re: Botanical Bunny Wild White
I misunderstood, my bad. I guess for myself I never needed a date because that is implied in a batch #, even if I don't know what that date is, and if I really want to know the date of a batch and what it means I can contact the vendor for it.Labdog03 wrote:I get all that...what I'm saying is there is no real info to know if you are getting a particular "batch" that was good with BB. Some vendors use "batch", some use "lot". There's not necessarily a specific "batch of lot" involved, though there could be.With BB you don't know WHAT batch of LOT 14 was good.
Same date is implied by same lot number, whether we are told the date or not. Or at least that is the common understanding of it.So the Wild White I got way back in December was Lot 14...the WW I got last month is still just Lot 14. Not really helpful at all.
So the bottom line here would be: do you have reason to believe that the BB Wild White Lot 14 you got in December is different leaf than the BB Wild White Lot 14 you got last month? Because if it IS different, then BB's lot numbers don't mean what a lot of people think they mean, including me.
In the end, to my understanding, regardless of which term is used, the same batch or lot number from a given vendor SHOULD mean the exact same leaf. If it does not, there's a miscommunication.
At this point, I'd be very interested in hearing what BB has to say about it. My apologies for adding to the confusion!
Thanks, Magick!Magick_cat wrote:It’s from lot 14

Re: Botanical Bunny Wild White
The lot number is the source.
Initially, it was going to mean whatever I had ordered from a supplier at that time. Every order from a supplier would get a new number. I supposed Order number would have made more sense than Lot number.
What I found out was that it made the backend processes a lot more complicated than I wanted them to be and reporting was a mess so we I left it as the source.
Adding the batch dates is something that we've wanted to do but due to the e-commerce software we started out with, it wasn't something we could do without having to create an entirely new product for each batch. Now that we've moved to a different e-commerce platform, adding batch number may be something we can add since I have direct access to the database. I rely heavily upon the data analysis of the sales and the product levels so keeping things simple is very important.
Sometimes we'd change the product title to include the batch date but when we ran reports, it wouldn't show the historical date in the title, only the current title. Basically, we couldn't track the batch date that way so we stopped.
Now that things are settling down from the move I plan on looking into a way to add that information and still be able to run the reports we need.
You can always email me and I can tell you if the current batch is the same as when you last ordered.
On another topic, we're expecting a shipment of the lot 12 sometime this week and lot 13 next week. We've been waiting on the lot 12 shipments for 3 weeks now and I've been told the shipping delay that was going on in Indonesia is over now. I have some lot 14 strains that were missed on our last inventory and should be added to the site later today,

Great information, thanks for clarifying!
And thank you for this, as well. That's the most important thing I ever want to know for myself, and it's good to know you can impart that on request, even if it's not evident from the lot or SKU number. You can always email me and I can tell you if the current batch is the same as when you last ordered.

So still boils down to we don't know if it's a batch we like unless we CONTACT BB. But all we need is a date and we would know...well maybe they will add that soon...RVA did it because people drove him CRAZY asking this very question...He added the date, problem solved...otherwise is just Wild White...from this year, last year, the good batch or bad...NO WAY TO KNOW. Unless you contact.whiffypants wrote:Great information, thanks for clarifying!

It would HELP sales for BB also...If I say I LOVE Green Malay, from 8-13-18 (or whenever)...You go on the site...yep, same batch (8-13-18), BAM, place an order. Or, you email BB, maybe they get right back to you, maybe not...maybe you go to RVA in the meantime...JUST SAYIN'....

Greetings,
Newbie here.
I have been hearing rave reviews about Botanical Bunny but cannot seem to find their website. Is this the place where that information can be shared? If not, where/who can I go to for that info.? Thanks!

Anyway, the vendor list of which Ballzy speaks is here: viewtopic.php?f=7&t=598
A lot of these vendors have search terms that you have to use to find the kratom on their site, but he's taken all the work out of it for us by including it in his links. Botanical Bunny is on there; just find the link and follow it. Everything else should be self-explanatory. Hope this helps.
