Crown Jewel Sumpur (Signature Series): TFH-AM5

Historically one of my favorite "areas" or "ways" that TFH harvests, this batch is.... beyond special. I sit here today to tell you that this may very well be my favorite batch of leaf, ever.

So, as I said before: This is a batch fit to be a King's treasure. Whether or not it consistently does this is another thing, but knowing the quality of TFH, I have zero doubts.

OK, I've been waiting to post about Crown Jewel Sumpur, because I was frankly disappointed the first couple of times I tried it - but now I agree totally with oftheshire's post, above - Crown Jewel Sumpur, at least for me, is amazing! But it seems to work in the opposite way of most kratom -

My first burn was OK - nice, but nowhere near what elbandito88 described. My second try was a bit better, for sure nice kratom, but not really special.

But the third one, yesterday - my oh my, I agree with everything elbandito88 said now - this is SPECTACULAR kratom! Excellent pain relief, wonderfully nice feelz, and long legs

It's just backwards! Really good kratom, for me at least, is ALWAYS best the very first time I try a particularly good batch. But not this one! I am seriously impressed

I had the same experience as you with this one. So interesting to me that this is the case with a lot of TFH batches. Usually with other vendors, the first dose of a batch is the strongest but for some reason TFH is usually opposite. Maybe just a coincidence as we know so many variables affect how kratom will hit for you but at the same time I’ve heard a lot of people say the same thing. Gotta love the mysteries of kratom

Gonna run the Crown Jewel Sempur again tomorrow and see how it goes... if it's even better than last time that'll be spectacular!

It’s definitely some high quality leaf, got a great color to it too. Had an excellent burn this evening mixing the Crown Jewel with some of their Ancient Forest White, perfect combo

Sounds like a truly exceptional batch! It’s great to hear it’s bringing such positive effects for energy, mood, and pain relief. Definitely makes me curious to try it myself.

I'm ok with the killer kali green, but wouldn't consider it a total banger. Wish I could say i loved it, but I wouldn't be disappointed if I got it in a gift bag or something, or if I got it from another vendor.

ancient forest white was quite good, def buy again, faster than the afterburner white which struck me as a gem.

and wild white Vietnam has an up and down track record for its varying incarnations.

I find it sometimes takes a few burns to get a good feel for a strain. Sometimes effects can be subtle and unique.

Yes indeed this has some top-notch mood lifting abilities. Seems to have long legs too, nice and balanced strain so you can take a big dose without feeling icky and doped up. I take kratom for mood lift so I'm rocking with this one for sure.

Oh yes, this is VERY nice! Euphoric, happy, pain relief, everything.

I've got some of the new Jade Hulu coming too, looking forward to trying that.

I have a confusion - people are talking about a "Wild Jade Hulu" from 9/22, which I haven't seen on the menu at all.

Is it the Jade Hulu SSV: AC-023? Because I'm assuming that when you (HH) said you already had the 9/22 Wild Jade Hulu that must be what you meant, because it was on the 9/23/2024 menu.

Or is there actually a newer Wild Jade Hulu? I'm looking at the 10/15 menu.

OH! And I burned the Crown Jewel Sumpur this morning - it really IS that good!! YIPPEEEEEEEEEEE!!

I hope I'm not missing a new Wild Jade Hulu somehow... confusionations abound...

The one from 9/2022 is 1R9A1-G

I'm SOOO glad we had this "little chat" I finally found and dug out that 30 Year Wild Jade Hulu IR9A1-G, and my oh myyyyy... it's VERY good! I don't know why it didn't hit for me way back when, but it sure is today!

This one is pretty good, but definitely not one of my all time favorites from TFH.
Some of my all time favs off the top of my head from TFH are ..

Emerald Elephant (only seen this one on the menu once and that was like 4 years ago)

Jade Hulu (batch from like 3 or 4 years ago. The current one isn't the same to me)
