Review - Botanical Bunny is a bad company

I have been using kratom for a couple of years. It changed my life because I suffered from constant back pain. In all these years, I got my kratom from multiples sellers. Some were good some were bad, but I had never had any problem with an order nor with customer service as my this seller, Botanical Bunny.

I spent (wasted) more than $100 in kratom and it one week to be delivered which it never happened. In the tracking number said that it was, but it was not true. I contacted the seller for help, and he/she told me that basically, that was my problem and that I had to solve it myself.

After that response, I knew I lost my money. I spoke with the people of USPS for answers, and they told me that they delivered the package to the address the seller wrote. I was so disappointed to know this.

I know understand that this could be a mistake of USPS, but the lack of sympathy of this seller with their customers and the nasty way they contact you is unbelieved. He did not want to help me communicate with the carrier. In the end, he was the one who chooses USPS to send their items.

I do not recommend buying from them. If you have a problem with your order, sadly you would not have any support from Botanical Bunny. I hoped that they want to help me.

This case is my experience, and I wanted to share it.

What the hell is wrong with you? You've been posting this on every Kratom forum I've been on, and you keep getting spanked for being such a whiney little bitch. If you would've spent a 1/4 of the effort to find your package through the post office as you have trying to convince people that BB is at fault, then you'd have your package and you wouldn't look so fk'n stupid. BB has top level customer service, and all your crying isn't going to change people's opinions, so just go away.

Sounds like it was USPS's fault. It happens sometimes. Sorry that it happened. Vendors don't have much choice other then USPS.

As for the vendor, I use to buy from BB too. They have good green strains but they increased the price way too much. I also noticed that they seem to have changed payment processing a few months back and removed their promo codes. It use to be affordable kratom but now its a bit too much for me. The red and white strains are terrible though.

I've never had a problem with shipping (i've ordered 9 times). They like to give a little bag of candy with each order, which is a nice gesture.

Was the correct ship to address on the package? As long as the shipping address is correct, once it leaves the vendors hands and is with USPS, then USPS is responsible, not the vendor.

And USPS said they delivered it? Did you have text notifications set up?

You need to file for a refund from USPS then. All priority packages are insured for $50.

Troll Alert

This is total BS, the person is an idiot who either didn't know his own address.. Or tried shipping to a friend's address. Posted on Reddit same attack on the vendor - BB was nice enough to go there & answer the guy personally. Reddit r/kratomvendors to read history, and BB's attempt to help .. Multiple posts. The sub kratomvendors is un-moderated - so it's a free-for-all of spam, bullshit, and troll attacks.

prob same person who is bouncing bad checks, wanting free samples, demanding Return on open packages, pulling Charge Back scams .. ALL vendors are getting these... Unfortunately.

BAN the asshole .. 2nd phoney account under baal22 is questionable

Ummm...

Please keep me out of this. That was just my opinion..
I don't appreciate being called a "phoney account" just because I created my account today..

 what a first day..

sorry baal22, I take that back... I'm guilty of not reading your post carefully.

Out of All the posts here.. picked a Troll for your 1st Reply.. His "complaint" makes no sense .. He admits he DID get a Tracking # I hope you'll join us and Reply to another topic.. or post a Review!

People get packages stolen, All The Time ... blaming that on the vendor is just wrong.

We haven't changed our prices. They are the same as they've always been.
We always run a 20% coupon code(REDDIT20) along with sales for 30% to 35% off.
The only thing that has changed with our site is the website software. We moved from Bigcommerce to WooCommerce and they display prices differently but the end result is the same.

Kilo - $72 (with the 20% off)
250 - $20 (with the 20% off)
100 - $10 (with the 20% off)
28 - $4 (with the 20% off)

I haven't looked at what other vendors are charging these days but our prices were considered cheap when we started.

I don't know what the deal is Froumo. We have always replaced orders when these things have happened.

In these situations, you have to talk to the post office supervisor at the location that services your address.
They will do a GPS lookup on the tracking number and tell you exactly where it was delivered.
Most of the time it was accidentally delivered to a neighbor or someone close to your address.
This isn't something we can do and needs to be done by the customer.
We would have gladly replaced his order once he had verified the package was delivered to his address.
His response was the lash out on Reddit.

Even after all the negative stuff he posted online I told him we'd work with him on replacing his order but he had to remove the Reddit post.
The last I heard from him was that he was going to complain to the post office.
This is, until this post.

His email to us after his Reddit review didn't turn out the way he was hoping:
I live in a community and we have a cluster mailboxes. They told me that they delivered the package there but I asked all my neighbors and nobody “has” it. The carrier that delivered the package is in vacation, well I do not believe that but it what they told me. They told me to get a PO box better.

I posted the review because I was so mad because I knew I was losing my money but more importantly I really needed the Kratom. I use Kratom every day for seven years and I really needed it. After I placed my order with you I knew I had to wait 3 or 4 days which it was a nightmare And imagine how bad I felt after I check my mailbox and it was not there and the worst that it was a Saturday . I knew that no matter if you help me or not I had to wait at least one more week to get it.

I got your point but it was so desperate and I did not know what to do.

I will edit that review that I posted on Reddit. I always post reviews in all the only stores, mostly on Amazon which I can say with all my confidence have the best customer service in the only market, and I tried to be as honest as possible and this case won’t be the difference.

I must have used the wrong code or did something wrong. I'm glad you still have the discount.

I think OP was expecting *STELLAR* customer service, which is less likely now that there is r (/r/kratom vendor talk ban). My first online purchase of kratom froma Reddit vendor, I had headaches from doing too much kratom, and headaches from one strain in particular. That one vendor did go the extra mile and send me 8 different sample packs for free. That level of customer service only exists when there is an an incentive, such as popular review sites where I can mention that and it will help them make more sales.

I have dealt with BB before and the product was fabulous but not the non-pareil kratom some reviewers suggested. OP is a reminder a lot of us are dealing with mental health issues while taking kratom, when you have to go without kratom unexpectedly for 4 days it's hell, and also reflecting on something like postal worker or neighbor stealing from you is hard if you're from a small town or it's your first time having precious stuff stolen.

This situation appears to have consisted of a misunderstanding on the part of OP along with a USPS problem. We've heard from both the vendor and the customer here, so I'm locking this down to prevent piling on in either direction.

Both negative and positive reviews of any vendor are absolutely welcome, but when the situation is resolved it's resolved, and that's what it looks like here.

If anyone needs this unlocked because they still have something to say about THIS particular event, PM me and I'll open it back up. But if you have a review of your own you'd like to talk about, start a new thread. Thanks!
