Wild Red Aceh from "That One Place" out of Colorado is an amazing euphoric dopey Red that my girlfriend found online and is one of the best batches we have had in months (along with Okie's Green Bali). Those recent forum favorites like TFH's Master Crafted Red and Jade Hulu did not hit at all for us. This Wild Red Aceh kind of reminds me of the old Sapphire Sunda from TFH from a year or two back that was really potent. Their Wild Gold Aceh is almost just as good and I often blend the 2 for best effect.

I frequently mix Reds with Golds, usually 50/50. In my experience, the best Red/Gold mixes get about as close as one can to that elusive OP8-like feeling that I am always after. Hope this aids someone in their search.

I imagine it would be hard to search for them online, or maybe that's the point.

I received a sample of wild red aceh, gold Bali, and yellow banjo (or something of the like). Wild red aceh is a great red. I was pleasantly surprised. Gold Bali was the rubber up. And they were pretty good mixed!

I believe that for That One Place, “Gold” just means that the product is lightly enhanced.

So the Gold Aceh isn’t a totally different strain/batch, it is simply a mix made 95% from their Wild Red Aceh and 5% from a 15x extract.

I fully agree! Everything I've received from That One Place has burned hard. They are great at customer service and even wrote a handwritten letter to my wife and I. Give the Wild Yellow Banja a try!

I've never looked, but uh yeah. If it's enhanced it's probably going to burn hard. Do they advertise that it's "enhanced"?

They look a little pricey. 120 per kg

I got one of their well priced samplers and though many were strong, my top two were the Super RMD and the Red Hulu. I am not kidding when I say potent for the SRMD, which is strong enough to blow the pants off of an ancient kratomite such as myself. Then came the unassuming Red Hulu. I expected something run of the mill, basic. But this strain was a bucket full of bliss. As far as an evening or night strain, that one is euphoric as hades.

As far as their name, it comes from being a brick and mortar store/cafe in Colorado. That One Place probably works in the context of a cafe that offers fascinating kratom drinks. Anyway, they expanded their outreach to sell their products to interested parties and though I know nothing about the kilos being expensive, I tried five 20g bags for 15$, which includes shipping. Now I want to place a split order of the two aforementioned strains and will do so when I can next afford a new leaf purchase. My budget has cut me off until 2023!
