Herba Re-Leaf Mit Quick Pump

Has anyone tried the mit quick pump? It's a great one for me for when I'm out and about but don't want to mess with powder, especially if I'm around a bunch of people. It's discreet, convenient, and works within minutes. It pairs nicely with powder tea as well. There's some days I will take a gram or 2 of powder alongside 1 or 2 pumps, and I'm ready to tackle the day.

Its a pump that you pump underneath your tongue. It's incredible. It works within minutes and I've got full on energy. It gives me a break from taking powder and it has actually decreased my tolerance to powder. I use 1-3 pumps at a time. Usually 1 or 2 pumps does the trick for me, but sometimes the 3rd is needed. They have a sail going on right now too, with a new product being free if you spend more than 50! If you spend 120, you get 15% off.

Interesting, thanks for the info! Will have to give this a try.

This was talked about a year ago and that thread just kind of died (I posted last so maybe I killed it. LOL).

How much MIT is in each pump? I see the total package on the large size is 1400mg - so is each pump, say, 5mg? Because you seem to be talking about two or three pumps which would be WAY too much in general (the tablet extras I've tried from Omega are so powerful I can't take more than 1/4 tablet, which would be 5mg - so if each pump here is 5mg you are taking 10-15mg at a time).

As much as I said (in that year ago thread) that it sounded like a scam and people would be foolish to try... now I kind of want to. But I'd like more info.

Hey Kelley, The big size has 1400mg of a 70% Mit extract total, with 80 servings per container each squirt contains 17mg of alkaloids/12mg of Mitragynine. Just to clarify, Herba Pumps contain ZERO 7ohm, mostly Mitragynine, Speciociliatine, Paynetheine.

Okay, I guess I'm confused by all the various differences - what the heck is 7oz then?

And I would guess that the pumps play more havoc with your tolerance if they are full spectrum, then (I'm guessing that 7oz is only one small part of the kratom spectrum).

So each pump js a premeasured dose and contains 15mg ot total alkaloids. It's not a scam, I have been using herba reLeaf products since they have come out a year and a half ago. Most people think that extracts destroy a tolerance, and some probably do, but using the pump has actually decreased my powder dose to where I don't need as much. I just took a week long break from extracts and didn't take any kratom during that time and the only symptoms I got were a runny nose and sneezing. I've taken other extracts in the past and by the following day, I'm feeling like crap, but I don't have that issue with herba products.

7oh is different and a LOT stronger and harder to get away from. There's a bunch of posts on reddit talking about how hard it is to get away from. I have not and will not ever be taking 7oh. Manufacturers label it as kratom but it isn't. 7oh is in kratom leaf in a SUPER small amount. With thay being said, it would take a whole lot of powder to extract just the 7oh, so Manufacturers synthesize it to create 7oh pills.

No 7oh is one my favorite parts about herba reLeaf!

Hmmm - okay, then. I went ahead and put in an order for Herba for both the pump and the liquids.

I'm ALWAYS looking for different ways/approaches, particularly now with the last year when my life basically went to crap (well, not MINE but that's a whole other story). As a rule I'm the happiest person you've ever met, even if I sound cynical (well, I am but it's okay to be schizophrenic, right <g>?) I've actually cut my kratom usage WAY down, but at nighttime when I need to sleep and too many issues and thoughts have closed in I need my kratom.

I liked using a (small) amount of 7oz - 5mg with a gram or two of kratom seems about right. And I may continue a few nights a week. Again, I need SOMETHING at night (not for pain, at least not for physical pain). So for these pumps (or the liquid they sell) - do I still take a gram or two of kratom at the same time? I'm a bit confused about the process.

So I have seen some people take a small amount of powder with an herba dose, but it's not always needed. For me, I mainly take it by itself, but sometimes I do need to add a gram of powder. I would recommend not taking it with 7oh. The products from herba are strong and you don't want to wobble yourself. With the pump, it's a premeasured dose. I would start with 1 pump and go from there. Let it sit under your tongue for about 30-60 seconds. You'll know within minutes if you need a second pump. Which liquid did you get? The golden standard or golden pumpkin? Both are great. I would start small with that as well. Serving size is 7.5 ml, but there are times I only need 1/3 of the bottle (5ml). Remember, you can always add more but you can't take away.

I bought both the Golden and the Pumpkin. So we'll see.

Thanks for the advice. We'll proceed slowly (as always). I'm pretty cautious about nearly everything.

Awesome! I just had some golden standard and I've got more golden pumpkin on the way. I think you'll like it. I don't need anything to drink with the golden pumpkin, but I do with the golden standard.

Should be here today and so I'll try it tonight to see.

Life continues to be an unexpected struggle but a lot of folks have it far worse, so I am NOT complaining.

So I got both the extracts and the pump and feel like an idiot but I have NO idea how to use this pump (how to open it up?).

There doesn't appear to be any opening in it other than at the bottom where plastic prongs hold the bottom out a TINY big (but it wouldn't do any good to press down since the top is solid plastic with no place for anything to come out.

Do I say "Open Seasame"? Or is there some other magic trick here?

Edit: Nevermind - I FINALLY turned it (VERY difficult) and the cap came off. Geeze - is this a child/senior proof top?

Yes, it's a childproof lock. You push down and turn it. It's not s spray, it's more like a serum. Once I open mine, I put it under my tongue at a little angle and then pump from there, that way I don't loose any of it. I let it sit under my tongue for 30-60 seconds, sometimes longer. I personally like the taste of it, so it doesn't bother me. You'll know within a few minutes if you'll need another pump. It might need primed because sometimes there's air in there from shipping. I prime it under my tongue as well. If you think of a soap dispenser, you have to open it and then press down a few times before the soap comes out. The pump works in that same manner.

Yeah, I got it.

I tried it a couple of times with no real impact one way or the other. But I'll try two pumps next time (or combine with some kratom - life has been REALLY complicated the last few weeks so I just need to try and relax. Sigh).

There are times that I need to add some kratom to my pump dosage as well. It took me a little trial and error. The first time I used it, I needed 3 pumps. Now my sweet spot is 1-3 pumps, but rarely will I need a 3rd.

These pump things...what if you need something for pain, not energy?

These aren't an "energy" thing (not like a caffeine thingee) but rather an attempt at some kind of kratom distillation. Or perhaps just an alternate delivery system.

In any case, I've yet to find any good use with any of the Herba stuff, pumps or liquids. I was told (see above) that it can make you wobble and 7OZ will definitely do that, but this stuff seems to have zero effect on me. I guess I'll try again. For all of pain relief kratom effects are much the same (these are all hitting the same receptors) which is to say that if the Herba stuff works for you (again, it does not for me) then it might well help with pain.

For 7OZ I've been dosing at night with 1 gram of red and that seems to be the best pain/sleep I've ever had, even with my shoulder getting worse and worse (I'm getting it replaced in two months). It would be nice if this Herba stuff worked as well because it IS cheaper, but for me at least it does not.
