Hey, guys.

I recently started purchasing from Sosa, and have been very impressed with the quality and prices. However, after my last order he won’t respond to my emails. I’ve sent him three emails in the past 10 days and have heard nothing back from him.

I really need to reorder and I’m afraid I’m gonna have to try someone else at this point.

Anyone else having the same problem?

I've only ordered once and at first they responded right away. The day it was delivered I had sent an email asking a question but never heard back either but it wasn't a huge deal so I didn't think much of it

They have spam filter issues or something. They ignored my first email and then responded quickly to my second saying my first ended up in spam. Weird to not check spam folder daily if this is a known problem.

mighty be true about spam, i got a reply on second send too.

haven't had a problem with sosa responding so far. keep us posted if you do get a response

I sent an email this morning to find out about some hopeful restock and got an email back this afternoon, so I'd say had to have been some type of glitch or other issue. I'd try again assuming you're still interested in which I would be since SOSA is one of my current favs.

OK, Good Vendors are not "hurting for business", many are 1-Man shops & they get swamped.

IS it possible... You were having a Bad Hair Day? Sent him a crappy email, unreasonable, nagging, demanding, about Medical Claims (some vendors will NOT respond to anyone suggesting kratom is a Drug to treat "pain" etc.) .. OR otherwise being an undesirable customer? Hey we've seen some REAL crazies in this business.. Not saying you're one.

JUST throwing that out there... IF he's ghosting you for 10 days... Maybe that's a Message?

Vendors DO "Reserve The Right To Refuse Service".

I emailed him an order yesterday and he replied like 4 minutes later w/ my invoice. Have never had a single issue with him, dude's the man.

Yeah I emailed him on a Saturday night after midnight and he immediately replied, very informative and helpful because I did not know anything about his product and the string drying
