New MMB Strain & Reviews

I know there are pre-existing threads for MitraMan reviews, but started this one as I'll be writing a comprehensive review of his new Yellow Sunda (with about a dozen more of his strains to follow).

First off, I'd like to thank the many people who have put in the effort to write useful reviews. Without them I wouldn't have ever found access to quality, yet reasonable, kratom vendors such as MitraMan.

Yellow Sunda
Brand new listing on his menu as of today. For those of you who aren't familiar, true yellow kratom undergoes a different drying process; resulting in both it's color and magical alkaloid profile. I was lucky enough to be a tester (I've had good experiences with yellows in the past, and MM was kind enough to give me a sneak peek).

Overall, an extremely pleasant burn. Providing a great sense of well-being; reducing anxiety (and even pain to a fair degree), inducing euphoria, with a very smooth energy boost. This was my first experience with a Sunda strain, but I'm extremely glad I took advantage of the opportunity to try it.

STRESS RELIEF : 9
EUPHORIA : 8
ENERGY : 7
PAIN RELIEF :7

As you can see from my figures, I consider this to be an extremely well-balanced and beneficial strain. One of my absolute favorite ways to start my day. If you Really want to kick that into high gear, mix it with some of MM' white kapuas hulu.

That phenomenal strain will be next up in what I hope to make a comprehensive review.

Thanks for the great review! I definitely need to put in another other with him ASAP before he goes on vacation. I’m glad you posted this, Bc I definitely want to add it to my split! I am really enjoying everything I have gotten so far, especially the Sumatras & Thais. Honestly, everything he has works for me better than any vendor I’ve tried so far.

How were the other strains from Mitra Man? I'm a "greens" lady, they are balanced and give me pain relief with definitely Energy and Mood lifts; kinda like green hulu, but like mellow yellow for evenings and energetic yellows for mixing with my greens. Whites have always made me sleepy; (but have only tried from one vendor on FB and his others were always good) and why I do not know and that is with perhaps an 1/8 of a TSP not TBSP. Reds for sleep and some for day mix with greens for extra pain relief. Looking at MM and Herbal RVA and about to order this evening and tomorrow. Need to get some before I head to my brothers funeral in a few days. Oh, how is his shipping; is it pretty fast? Thank you sir!

I've had a few MMB greens in my rotation over the past few weeks. I live with chronic pain and MDD so greens and golds are usually how I remain productive both personally and professionally.

My go to daytime strain has been GHK over the years mainly due to It being one of the more predictable and consistent strains in my experience. I contacted MM and explained this to him. He replied FAST to let me know he had me covered.

The MMB GHK is excellent and seems to be more effective for pain relief than many of the other GHKs I have (The Greenery Botanicals, Canopy, Herbal RVA, Tea Time, etc). It is potent so less is more with MMB GHK when you need it during the day and require a clear focus.
Out of the 6 other GHKs I currently have, MM's GHK is currently used the most. I would say a 7/10 for energy at about 3.5g and 5/10 for pain at that dose. Up it to 5g and it's a 5/10 for energy but a 7.5/10 for pain. Great mood lift at either dose.

I also have the Green Thai per MM suggestion. It is more energetic than the GHK. 8/10 for energy and 5.5/10 for pain. Excellent morning strain and very good mood uplift.

If you need more energy with s bit more mental clarity, the Green Thai is excellent. If pain is also a major factor, the GHK is more flexible. You can't go wrong with either.

I also have MM's Green MD but i've enjoyed his Gold MD so much that I haven't opened it yet. My current MMB favorite is the Gold Jongkong but it is slower than the GHK. However, the Gold JK is slightly better for both pain and mood lift. Again, if I need more mental clarity with this one, I keep the dose on the lower end but when I need a night strain to kill some pain and sleep, 5g works great for me.

Every batch i've used from MMB so far has been top shelf. I'll be putting in another order after he returns from his vacation.

His turn around time was as fast as most of the other vendors I've used.

Also, i would be remiss if i didnt mention his incredible customer service. He was very understanding and incredibily patient and flexible with me as I worked some stuff on my end. Buy with confidence.

I failed to mention that MM is on Vacation now until the 18th I believe. That may not work for you.

If you need it fast, Liza's Best Botanicals and The Greenery Botanicals both have very good GHK and ship within 1 business day. I havent tried Smiley Time GHK yet but that one is on its way (arriving tomorrow) and I hear very good things.

guitartodd77, thank you. We exchanged info right before he was to leave but as I stated I needed to be gone to my brothers funeral and I would not have been home to receive the package. I too am going to order when he returns! I really like this site as it has helped me in so many ways; good vendors, good kratom tea reviews and so much more. Which Super green PMD did you order sir? I understand MitraMan being MM and GJK being green Jongkong but I guess too newbie to know all the abbreviations. Still learning! Hope I'm not a "pain" with all my questions but only dumb one is one not asked! I may go with some sample packs from RVA and MM also to get a feel of different ones. Green hulu is one I am about out of and Yellow banjar too; mixed they give me energy and needed pain relief but I got them from another FB vendor who is really good tea just more expensive. Which Super green PMD did you order sir? The PMD#1 or the PMD#2? Wonder if there is much difference but seems it was great for you. What is MMB mean; is it a kratom company and GHK meaning Green hulu kapua?

Hi Thesonsangel, what I have from MMB (MitraMan Botanicals) just states "Green Maeng Da". I am not aware of a MMB PMD (Premium Maeng Da) offering yet. Maybe there is but nothing I have from MMB is labeled as PMD. I really like the Gold Maeng Da a little better than the Green Maeng Da. Really just preference. Both are very good. The Gold MD is a slow/mid (means its more relaxing and maybe a tab sedating vs faster/stimitating with energy)

Thank you sir for all your help; I may have read the PMD wrong but Green MD I do like as well as Green Hulu; will try the Gold MD for evenings! I await MitraMan to come home from vacation so as to order! Have a blessed day!
