Whole Foods should have it from peru and ingless store changed from peru product down to from mexico which made me mad they would do such thing to them selfs. No they dont get my business. Look up organic stores near you, if they do you right, ginger will be from peru. Not from china or mexico when you crack it and has multiple weird GMO colors YUCK!

The good ginger!
Ginger should look not big, smaller healthy looking, when broken look at inside, should be only one color which is yellow. Dont be afraid at store to break a little part to inspect it. From Peru is the best example, perfect small ginger roots and very potent potent strong smell and very nice clean yellow color.
BAD GMO ginger full of toxins
The one from china is the worse, its so big in shape and dont even look like ginger, has some weird spotted colors inside. From mexico as its 50% 50%, not as bad as Chinese ginger but still slight a little bigger then normal organic ginger and some signs of it not having a full 100% yellow. Those are the two i tested that was around my area, i had to trow them to trash.
Tricks to make make more ginger tea then usual, if you have only one ginger root, peel all the skin off of it, and chop the peeled ginger into small flat junks, and trow it into boiling water or in cold water and let it reach boiling point and just reduce it like on number 2 for 10 minutes. To make it even more potent, let it cool down for 1-2 hours with lid closed and off. Save the peels and you can do another batch for a gallon or something same boil process. I usually trow all peels away but recently started to make another batch of ginger from peels. Notice before peeling ginger, wash it very well. If you wont use peels then no need to wash ginger.
Conclusion, ginger helps kratom keep in check from nausea at higher doses and balance the feeling. Has many other great benefits like keeping your kidney and liver healthy. You Will never experience acid reflex when ginger consumed and so many other things, its a no brainer to keep some in your fridge.
Honey
I always add some raw honey to ginger no matter what, i cant remember last time i had plain ginger. its always with raw honey! Honey has lots of enzymes that we are all missing, and if you mix bad foods or its a party it helps balance stomach out pretty well with ginger.
Maybe do 4-5g instead 3 grams and add ginger with honey with it and see how you feel? I am sure not only it will last longer but you will feel better too. I would go with 4 grams first and its improved, stick with 4 unless you feel 5g will be better results. Try not to go over 6 gram mark, from all my years 4-6 grams i always felt great. 2-3g most times is just a slight energy boost but wont be as pronounced and long lasting as 4-6 grams.
