MitraMan Review

I received my order of MitraMan yesterday and so far, the leaf is great. I’ll update once I’ve spent a week or two and really get to know each strain we’ll. I ordered Gold Borneo, Red Horn, and Red JongKong. All of these are very warm strains and seem to last a while. The gold Borneo is my favorite so far. Great mood boost.

One complaint I do have however is the customer service. Upon the order, it was great and he/she was very helpful. However, I had an issue with My package and just can’t seem to get ahold of them. I’d say the customer service is very slow as well.

Overall, I would still rate this vendor an 8.5/10 as its one of the best I’ve come across. Highly recommend. If the customer service was faster and more reliable, I’d give it a 9.5/10 for sure! Does anyone else have this issue with MitraMan though?

This vendor (and others) handle his Customer Service through a MeWe Group.. you didn't say anything about Mewe?

I've had the same issue with some vendors, don't read their EMAIL - but they're on Mewe chat rooms, all day every day

Ballz is right again. Their primary method of communication is their chat room. Sometimes at the expense of their email.

Never had an issue with mitraman. He is extremely communicative and helpful everytime I had a question about an order. He responds to my emails usually within an hour or two.

His kratom and his leaf are top notch.

Hi, so sorry to hear there was an issue, did we ever connect? Are you sure you have my correct email? I do get bogged down sometimes but if I ever go a full day without answering I must have somehow missed the email, if that happened I’m very sorry about that.
