Red MD (String Dried)

Fast or Slow? Mid-Slow. It is relaxing, but not sedating. Great for a chill afternoon at home or if you have a bit of caffeine, great for desk work and keeping anxiety at bay. I love reds like this for when I'm at work.

Pain Relief-7.5/10. On par with what I look for. Wasn't mind blowing, but it did the job well for me as I would expect of a red.

Moodlift-8.5/10. This is where this one shines. It is very very mentally uplifting and made me feel great! This has become a go to for me when I'm feeling down. I just got it maybe a week and a half ago and have probably used it 6 times or so already (with how much leaf I have, I normally don't stick with the same stuff, so that shows how much I enjoyed it).

Anxiety Relief-8.5/10. This is the other shining feature of this leaf. It destroyed my anxiety and left me feeling calm and great! It provides that heavy body relaxation that I look for that helps me keep from tensing up all of the time. Great for high anxiety situations.

Legs-7/10. This one lasted a good few hours for me, and it was around 4 hours until I felt the need to redose. This is about on par with most good leaf for me. I only give higher than this rating if it lasts more than 2 hours. Unfortunately, this one did not. (This is due to my tolerance. YMMV).

Versatility-7/10. I have blended with this 3 times, and only once did the blend hit. This could be due to the other strains I had chosen to mix with it, but I think this leaf is best used on its own. Blending with reds yielded reduced effects, blended with a green was pretty neutral in potency for me. Keep this one on its own, it was meant to be this way. I am keeping the rating higher because it is versatile in its uses, not in blends.(edited)

Overall-8.5/10. I was very very happy with this strain, and it provided everything I was looking for in a mid-slow red. It is becoming a staple for me very quickly and when I am out I will be ordering more. Very impressed with Denettes ability to send me leaf without me knowing what it is and hitting the nail perfectly. This leaf was a great experience along with the order experience. I think it deserves a place in your rotation.

Green Fire-

I was sent this as a sample with my order, and I was very happy to receive it!

Fast or Slow?-Mid. No energy, no sedation for me. Perfectly middle of the road.

Pain Relief-6.5/10. Decent pain relief, but that would not be what I would use this strain for personally.

Moodlift-8.5/10. Another SUPER uplifting strain. It is definitely one to use for enjoyment when you just want to feel really good. I was smiling and happy the whole time and it was a great experience. I have burned it twice and both times this was my result. I would categorize this as slightly more "heavy" than "heady", but it does both quite well. Heavy on your body but doesn't put you to sleep at all. Perfect for daytime working retail as I do.

Anxiety Relief-8/10. Another banger for anxiety. It was not quite as good as the red MD in this regard, but being a green vs a red I wouldn't expect any different. I had minimal anxiety throughout the duration of the burn, and I am normally a very high anxiety person at work. This did the job perfectly. It was the anxiety relief level of a relatively good red, which is normally not my experience with greens. Solid here.

Legs-8/10. This one got me for well over 2 hours and it was a good 4.5 hours before I felt the need to redose. This is what I look for in duration.

Versatility-7.5/10. I have only blended this once (with red) and it did the job quite well. I think this is one that will up the moodlift of any other leaf without energizing or sedating the burn. It seemed to just bring out the best of the red (the blend was red dominant). I only have a few grams left of the sample but I'm not worried about adding it to another blend. I have full faith it will hit nicely after my first experience.

Overall-8/10. This is ON POINT for a midspec green. Uplifting, kills anxiety, and just leaves you feeling happy. Nice and heavy on the body just the way I like. If you're like me and look for mid greens, this is the ticket.

In a word, great. I ordered a half kilo and let him choose what he thought I would like best to send. I split it 4 ways. Very reasonable cost as well. Great experience 10/10 would buy again.

Who said the red MD as string.dried? I heard it was unfermented but I heard nothing about ithe method of drying

Also, D, the green dragon is getting no love. It's better than the green bone in my opinion, like a mixture of the green and the redbone plus a couple of Viagra and there you have the green dragon

The only reason I know its string dried is it was written on my bag lol. I specifically asked for non fermented strains and this was his choice. String dried is my favorite by far.

Yes I am hoping to get more green dragon in june!!! Thanks for that feedback. Also picking up more red md as its become a favorite!

yeah I wasn't expecting much when I got the green dragon but it really surprised the hell out of me! It might have impressed me more than the green bone did the first time I took that. it was about as close to being perfect Kratom as I've ever had,.no joke..The red MD was more or less average for me but I'll try it again when a new batch comes in. Mine was just unfermented and didn't say string dried on the bag so I'm not sure if it was different.

Has anyone tried any of these:
-Grampa Green
-White Horn
-White Kali
-Ultra Elephant (I believe it's a red)
-Super Yellow

I got these and some other samples recently and haven't had any of them before, wondering if anyone had opinions on these.

By the way, his Gold MD which was new on the menu, is really good. It's in my nightly rotation. Usually yellow/golds are hit or miss for me as far as being fast or slow. this one works like a faster red, but still sedating. What would a red/yellow blend be be called...an orange?

I like the red ultra elephant, its been around mid energy.....has anyone tried the red putussibau?

I know that the Super Yellow is fantastic. I have a number of D615s and I enjoy them all

I'm still waiting to hear reviews on the Putussibau too. It'll probably be out of stock next time I buy, but that's ok. I have a ton of good Denette stuff right now.

I tried the White Horn twice, and didn't get much out of it. I liked the Super Yellow, but as usual, the best I tried was a green. Denette's greens are unrivaled, and the Grampa Green is no exception. It actually feels like a faster energetic green, which you wouldn't think due to the name. It's been a great midday strain, when usually kratom doesn't kick in as well for me as early morning and late night. I recommend the Grampa Green and would purchase this again. I'm not surprised to find another good D green, but it's always great having a good burn and finding a new good strain. Oddly enough, the Green Fire has been my least favorite green, but I think I'm going to hold on to some to try again in the future, perhaps it will work as well as with the majority.

Still have yet to try the White Kali and the Ultra Elephant, which might turn out to be tomorrow's burns.

Yea, I would suggest holding on to the Green Fire. The first two times I tried it, I tossed it aside and chalked it up to just not for me. Then a couple days later I picked it back up. To many good reviews to be wrong. The third time I tried it I really enjoyed it and have continued to enjoy every dose since. Nice mood lift, more energy than I was expecting. It’s at the top of the pile now.

Green fire is great for me on its own it gives me a lot of energy. I love to use it as a topper (1g) for some slower reds to pick them up a little and give me a great mood/anexity reducing boost.

It is my wife’s favorite strain to date.

I'll try that tonight, a couple grams of green fire on top of whatever red I pick, maybe Smiley's baik Bali. I'll give ultra elephant a try on a fresh day by itself.

I've had the white fire, but is there a red fire?

I just placed an order for the Red Putussibau and White Hulu. It’s the first time I have ordered a white besides getting samples. I will let you know how the Putussibau goes.

Alright, sounds good. I'd like to know how the white Hulu goes too.

Interestingly the white fire is from a completely different source/supplier. There is no red fire.

The putussibau is new so no formal feedback yet from customers looking forward to that coming in.

Once shipping gets straightened out Id be happy ro give mewe a shot again. Looks like there are more delays....so timing of restocks is very iffy

Tried the White Kali this morning. Definitely my favorite D white I've tried...really the first one I've liked after the 6+ I tried. I knew they had to have a good white in there somewhere. It's weird because it looked somewhat fermented.... more of a darker gold color than any white I've seen (outside of a white bent, which was super slow.) Makes me think it could be mislabeled, but it certainly does feel more or less like a mid-spec white. Great with some coffee as the first burn of the day.

Haha I figured that wouldn't be the case. No offense meant. Maybe I'll try some of your other dark whites since this is the first one I tried and the first white that worked well for me.

Glad to know I'm not the only one having difficulty with the green fire. After reading all the glowing reviews and having not purchased any new strains in quite sometime (bought a very large supply about 2 years back), I was expecting to be blown away, especially with the higher price on the strain. I've tried it 4 times now on different days and still haven't had much luck. I guess my next step is to mix it with the TFH Red Muna or Opal Indo as they both have really been amazing for me (and I'm usually a green/ yellows guy).

I understand everyone's chemistry is different so I just chalked it up as not being for me but I'll give it another go. If this doesn't work, I might try to trade it off.

Yeah, on its own i never use, some reason chemistry do not mesh with it and only if you had long day break from kratom or least 12 + hours you can enjoy it. I usually mix one gram to my other favorites and its been fantastic. Its different for sure, but i assure you if you take 24 hours and take some, you will enjoy it. ever tried it? unless you in some big pain and cant afford to take that long then you might not like it. Blending some with other stuff peaks the enjoyment.

I took Green Fire for probably the 10th time yesterday and it was great. None of the other times I took it did it do anything unfortunately. I also haven’t been having much luck with the other strains I got from him. Was really excited for the Red MD but sadly it doesn’t do anything for me either. I haven’t given up though—still experimenting with dose sizes and blends.

This is quite concerning that strains are not working for you. They are passed through an evaluation panel so I'm a bit surprised as I have very few complaints about quality. An isolated strain here or there but that is inevitable. If you reach out through email we can discuss further and try to figure it out together!

Hey D, I just want to be clear...I don’t think this is a quality issue as much as a personal chemistry one. I’ve taken enough Kratom that I can get a pretty good sense of quality based on taste/look/smell/etc. and yours gets high marks on all of those.

Also, Kratom has been unusually fickle for me recently, regardless of vendor, and that very well could explain why I’ve been having so much trouble with your leaf. I mean, the overwhelming majority of people have had great experiences with you, so I really don’t fault you here.
