All I can say is wow! Absolutely love this strain for when you had a long day at work or relaxing at home intense feeling of calmness and euphoria 10/10 in my book can’t wait to go and try out the other strains I have stocked up from them.

I've only tried it once since receiving my order last Friday, but I can mostly agree, it was definitely 'relaxing', I didn't get any -euphoria- from it, but it seemed like a pretty solid red. I'll havta try it a few more times to really get a feel for it though, too early to judge it just yet.

I have both the green and the white Hulu Kapuas and I love them both. I regret not getting the red. Is it as euphoric as the green and white are ?

I have several of TFH’s Hulu’s - the Wild Green IR2 is probably my favorite. I did get a Wild Red Hulu from them last year, but I’m pretty sure it was a different batch than what they have now.
Kinda hate I didn’t pull the trigger on this recent batch, but I went after the Wild Red Vietnam and Wild Red Samarinda. Both of those are excellent though so I’m not that regretful

I know it’s a Red Hulu thread, but did anyone else try the Wild Red Vietnam yet? (I thought it was FANTASTIC!)

Hey I have had both the Red Vietnam and Red Samarinda as well.

The Red Samarinda I think is EXCELLENT!! The Red Vietnam I have not had much luck with it so far, though I have only doses 2 times and I always give 4-5 test doses. I will say with the Red Vietnam I get decent pain relief so its not like no effects, it just didn't wow me or standout. And it was more sedating than I was expecting as Vietnam strains have mostly tended to have some energy and usually "Vietnam" strains always agree with me so I'll keep trying this one out (I have 245 grams left of it hahaha)

How is the Red Vietnam for you? Is it a fast red or slow red in your opinion?

Mike - I thought the Vietnam was pretty energetic for a red (a lot like the Rocket Red and Red Sumatra Select) and that’s probably why I liked it so much. To me, a good daytime red is hard to come by.
The Samarinda was excellent as well, but it definitely brought some sedation.

Thanks. I'll keep giving the Vietnam more tries. I too love daytime Reds, and Rocket Red is the best daytime red I've had in awhile. Red Sumatra is great also and man did that sell out of the 250g size option FAST lol. And I 100% agree that daytime reds are very hard to come by nowadays.

The Samarinda has been giving me great burns at all times of the day, kind of middle of the road energy/sedation wise for me. That's another winner

I have been taking the Tfh wild red Hulu kapuas for 10 days now. It's not my favorite TFH, but it is dependable, and I feel lucky to have it.
But now it's time to ROTATE! Their Red Hangat IS one of my faves
