Lucky Herbals New Batches

Got some new batches from Lucky in! Time for a review. I will update with more strains as I try them (each strain needs 2 burns before I review). Lets get started.
Green MD
Pain-great pain relief. Every batch of this strain is consistent for pain relief.
Speed-mid fast. It was interesting. It was a very strong energy kick initially, but slowly faded into a state of relaxation. Almost like i took a white and then a little later took a slow green or red.
Mood-8/10. Very uplifting. Kept me stable and feeling great at work while not sedating me. It had the mood lift of my favorite slower greens, but in a faster strain. Really unique as i don’t normally get a great mood lift from faster leaf.
Legs-8/10. Lasted a good 3 hours for me, which is great considering my tolerance. Normally i get 2.5 hours or so out of good quality leaf (talking full effects before the comedown) so this was great. Comes along with a nice afterglow for another hour or so as well.
Anxiety-7.5/10. Good anxiety relief. A slight spike initially when i felt how fast it was but that faded quickly and i was in a state of calm energy. The second time i took it it didn’t do this as i knew what to expect, and the second time was better in regards to anxiety. Can’t complain at all. For a faster strain, i was very satisfied here.
Overall-8/10. The green md from lucky had a reputation to uphold, as every previous batch i have had has been top notch. This one is no exception. It is faster than previous batches, but even as someone who prefers slower strains, i really enjoyed this one.
Green Hulu
Pain-8.5/10. Took care of my shoulder and hip pain really well!
Speed-slow
Mood-9/10. This stuff is phenomenal here. I was in a great mood, had that body warmth of a red but without the sedation. It was definitely slower, but not too slow that you can’t use it during the day. To me it is the perfect speed. I love slow greens and this was on point. I have taken it 3 times now and it is consistent. I rarely give out a 9 in any category, but this is a must.
Legs-8.5/10. A little over 3 hours from the initial dosing until it started fading away. I can’t ask for more.
Anxiety-8.75/10. Really helped in this department. Typically slower strains help me with anxiety more than others, and this was no exception. Did the job with 0 complaints. Every time i used it i was calm and felt great.
Overall-9/10. I know that’s not the average of the numbers, but the mood lift just really really impressed me. I use kratom mostly for my mood/anxiety, and pain relief comes second as my pain isn’t crippling for me but it’s still annoying. This got me just right in both the mood and anxiety relief and lasted longer than most strains do for me, all without sacrificing the pain relief. This was definitely my favorite of the recent batches i got from lucky. A must try in my opinion.
I have more reviews coming in the next few days as I get a feel for each one! All I have to say now is if you're questioning what to get from Lucky, its the Green Hulu.
UPDATE:
Wild Red Sumatra
Pain-8/10. Took care of my arthritis pain. Exactly what you would look for in a red.
Speed-Slow
Mood-8/10. It kept me in a great mood and offered that warmth that I have come to love from a good red. This is a brighter green colored red, which is my favorite kind. I rarely get into fermented strains, so this was nice to see when i opened the bag. I find the brighter green reds offer more in terms of the moodlift and body warmth and this strain was no exception. If you want something that is really uplifting but not stimulating, this is a great option.
Legs-7.5/10. This one didn't last as long as some other reds for me, but the level of moodlift is 100% worth the trade off for a typical night chilling at home. It helped me unwind for a few hours after work, and that is all I can ask for. I got a little over 2 hours of peak effects before a gradual decline over the next hour or so. Most will likely be using this at night time around bed time, so the duration isn't cause for concern in my book.
Anxiety-8.5/10. Another one from Ben that really shines in the anxiety department. I have a lot of problems with getting anxious at night time, and this really helps keep it at bay. I have tried it 3x now and each time it is consistent.
Overall-8/10. Another extremely solid offering from Lucky. I have found that Ben's leaf is extremely consistent. I have some strains that seem like sometimes they are great and other times they are not, but Ben's stuff hits almost every time and I really appreciate that given how spotty my tolerance can be. This particular strain is a great night time option. I would avoid it for a day time burn, unless you're in the mood to take a nap on the couch!
UPDATE 2:
High Octane
Pain-7/10. Does the job, and usually whites aren't the best for pain in my experience but this was satisfactory
Speed-Mid/Fast. Wasn't crazy fast to me, but definitely a little kick. Blended with a red creates a perfect mid spec feel while on its own it offers a nice light push of energy. Almost more like an endurance strain that energy strain if that makes sense.
Mood-8/10. Had me smiling and its been great days at work when I use this (have tried 4 times now). Rarely do I get a good lift from whites, although lately some batches I've been trying have been doing it for me. This one kept my spirits up, and has a light warmth to it. I normally prefer green or red due to the body warmth but this offered just a little bit. Again, blended with a red it really brings this out. This was meant to be in a blend with a good red for sure.
Legs-7.5/10. Decent legs coming in around 2 hours of full effects before a slow comedown. No crash which is one of my biggest issues with most whites. Its nice and smooth the whole way down. There wasn't much of an afterglow, and this is the only reason I'm not giving it an 8 here. To get an 8 or above there has to be an afterglow for me. This one from initiation to peak to comedown was a total of around 3 hours. As mentioned above, my tolerance is high, so this could just be me. As always, YMMV
Anxiety-8/10. Was very surprised by this. Whites normally give me anxiety but this was nice and smooth. If you normally get anxious from whites, give this a try if you need a little boost!
Overall-7.75/10. This is a great white. I don't normally go for whites, but this has found its way into my rotation for days that I need a little more kick than my typical greens. Nice and smooth light energy lift, a good mood, helps with anxiety, I can't really ask more for a white. This is a worth addition to your rotation, and if you are into mid/fast whites, I would say a must try. If you use kratom to help unwind, this is not for you. However, if you use kratom for productivity at work while keeping your mood up, this is one you should be looking at.
