Powder color is a grey-brown, in an oz. package.

I got a sample of Red Maeng Da, haven't tried it yet. One thing of note, I guess the vendor didn't pay enough for shipping so the postal worker taped on a bill for $0.55 and envelope to put it in. Not a big deal since the kratom was free but thought it was funny.

That happened to me when I sent a small amount of (not this) kratom in a regular sized envelope, the person I mailed it to had to pay, lol.

Also, once I received an envelope that had the side torn open and some money hanging out, lol. (Not from High Sierra).

Grey brown? Is that normal? Mine is a brownish red, I'd call it fermented but I'm not sure if it is or just sun-dried. It definitely has that bent-y taste to it though. Usually kratom of this color doesn't work well for me, but I'm giving it a shot tonight.

Grayish brown?....lol I've only seen heroin that was grayish brown...never kratom

'Relax all Day' is a hit if you like slow reds!

Despite the unassuming packaging, this is a quality blend of green kratom. Wonder what else is in the mix.

Came on quick and strong, no subtlety here, lots of calm energy feelings on/in my shoulder, hip, and knee areas. Sense of well-being, some headiness, swooning. Not chatty.

I would not hesitate to buy or recommend if the price was right, which would probably be $5/oz/25g, right now it's at $9.

I recommended this to a friend, and the post office charged him $3.50 for shipping, and they didn't leave it in his postbox like they did mine, they made him have to go pay and pick it up after he paid. Weird ..

I received a free sample of the Green MD and I was impressed by how effectively it checked off all the boxes for delivering the well known effects of Kratom. Taking it the third and fourth time is like the trope of having your grandmother serve up a bowl of her chicken soup; you know you're going to be satisfied, and feeling content. lol

I implied an equivalency between having a serving of chicken soup, and having a serving of Kratom. The soup having been made by one's grandmother, it would follow that there's an expectation of predictable quality.

I didn't get much out of the red md. Although it was fermented and the brown strains historically don't work for me. My friend took the green md but he's not a regular kratom user. He didn't weigh it and took too much the first time and made him lay down, he said it hurt his stomach too, but I dont think that's specific to the batch, it's probably kratom in general. But there are a lot of other variables that I don't know that could make him not feel it. I do appreciate HSH sending the sample though, it did help me out last week when I ran out
