Andika Patrya from Kaiser Botanical is a scammer

Hello there, i bought two kilos from Andika a few months ago, everything went super smooth, he responded quickly and very warmly, but the second my transfer was made he stopped replying me.

I made a claim and the platform gave me a 100% refund so i didnt lose my money but somebody else could. Be cautios everyone, i saw people commenting on the weirdness that his reviewers were new accounts.

Dont trust Andyka Patrya Budiman and Kaiser Botanicals, it is a scam and his twitter is still active.

Are you located in Chile? Could that possibly have been why you had issues? Or maybe a communication/translation issue? Need more details before the s-words come out. I'm confused...you say everything went super smooth, before he responded to you? Or was there more than one transaction?

Sorry for the vageness of my post, you are right.

We both talked in english and understood each other well, there wasnt any misscomunication on any side.

When i first message him it was to ask if there would be any problem sending to chile, he said no, that DHL could get to any place, it was only going to cost a little more.

I even asked him to write a silly text in spanish in front of the kratom, just to verify and he complied. He sent a photo with my message written in front of kilos of kratom, or something that looked a lot like kratom.

Then i placed an order on his website, one he screenshoted back to me to verify my address was right. Everything right at this point.

He then tries to make me do a Western Union transfer but being in chile there is no option to do it digitally, the only way is handing the cash physically to them. So he gave me a paypal address and i make the transfer.

He sent me a confirmation of the transfer and says that he will be out for the weekend, but my order will be shipped first time on monday. I said sure, no problem.

Then monday came and nothing.

I wait a few days.

I ask for a shipping order. Nothing.

Weeks passed and everytime i message him he ignores me. I even tried Twitter, Instagram and his mail but nothing.

I wait for him to respond but given that a month and a half have passed i start a claim on paypal.

Then the user tells me that he is not Andika, is just a friend, and says that andika did actually sent the order. I say ok, ask him the order id, tracking code, or any proof that he did actually sent it and give it to me.

He stopped talking too.

Given that he was unable to provide any sort of info on the shipping, recipe or whatever Paypal decided to give me a refund.

So no, everything was clear from the get go, and he just refused to send anything or give any kind of explanation.

It looks like a legit scammer website. They don't even have a privacy policy or terms and conditions, just the links to them but it takes you to the home page.

Also, If you click on their Facebook link at the bottom, it's a phishing link to get your FB password.
