Afterburner Bali: Mk-SD7: For me, this is probably one of the best TFH batches I've ever had, and definitely one of my favorite whites. It is notably upbeat, though not super-fast or jittery; just terrific energy with a bit of warmth in there. Extremely potent. I was also surprised at how well it worked for my lower back pain, not something I'm used to from a white. But when people say, "my pain just melted away", that's the description that fits, and it held me for at least 4 hours. That fact that the pain relief was there along with energy and moodlift was really amazing for me. 10/10
Yellow Bali Reserve: A36-SDY: The more yellows I try from TFH, the more I realize that they really agree with me, starting with the Wild Yellow Samarinda from 2020 and Yellow Borneo (from 2021, I think). But the YBR is really fantastic - super potent, big moodlift (a little like the yellow borneo), but with a bit more energy than the other yellows I've tried from them. Upper mid-spec for me. A little bit pain relief, too; just enough to take the edge off. 9/10
Old School Green Horn: A7-SD7C: For me, this was a mid-spec green with a bit of energy to it and a lot of just feelgood. Unlike the above two, which hit hardest for me the first 3 times I tried them, this one took me a couple of tries to hit a groove. When I did, I found it to be yet another of those TFH strains that has a very unique feel to it; good vibes and maybe even a bit of anxiety relief as well. When I've mixed it with whites (the current Wild White Vietnam and an older batch of 30 Year Wild White), that good mood stuff was still there but definitely a faster experience with lots of presence. 8/10
Those three are my current favorites, though I also love the Top Shelf Green MD MUK-IRC7 and Get 'er Done Green A7-19C, which feels exactly like what its name suggests
Have a good Sunday!
