Been meaning to post, but have been busy, busy, busy. I got ahold of some of the last White Selimbau, and tried the (I assume) current Super Green Selimbau 070621-5. SUPER strong- couch lock strain at low dose (1.46g). Highly recommended. Highly. I didn't know how to get a hold of him at first, so:

Couch lock? Oh dear. I've been meaning to place another order with him and I'm not sure how much longer I can resist after hearing a review like that. Man I have to stay away from these forums for a while or my poor wallet's going to run dry.

Chris (LSMS) has some fantastic leaf and is genuinely such a pleasant and patient person... which I know is something I say every time he's brought up somewhere haha. But my experience buying from him has really been stellar enough to warrant it. Though, I think I had heard he was going private but I'm not sure if that was "private with allowances for DoubleM" or what.

I totally agree that LSMS has become a super-consistent vendor with some great leaf, and Chris is beyond a pleasure to communicate and do business with. I had a very different take on the SG Selimbau, and I'm a low-doser as well. Chris' menu describes it as mid-to-upper mid spec which is basically exactly what it was for my body chem. Quite potent and good, but I def did not have a couch-lock kinda experience.

I had a very different take on the SG Selimbau, and I'm a low-doser as well. Chris' menu describes it as mid-to-upper mid spec which is basically exactly what it was for my body chem. Quite potent and good, but I def did not have a couch-lock kinda experience.

That's actually pretty interesting. A few new strains have been hitting me super slow lately but not for others. I wonder why that is? Maybe my sensitivity is super high right now for whatever reason and I'm taking too much??

Not sure....1.46g is really a pretty low dose, but who knows? In the relatively short time that I've been hanging out at MM (a little over a year), I can recall dozens of exchanges where somebody wrote "[etc etc batch] was really relaxing for me" and someone replies that it was totally the opposite, or vice versa.

I would have thought that your low dose would have brought the energy out in the SG Selimbau, but like they say.......surprising/mysterious/fickle leaf in terms of how it affects our body chem. Taking kratom now is really different for me than it was even just a year ago; for one thing it usually takes much longer for it to hit (around an hour....used to take 20-25 minutes).

Not sure....1.46g is really a pretty low dose, but who knows? The nuances of Kratom have changed my views on other addictions, too. I pick up and drop coffee/tobacco now, where it fucked my world to drop either a handful of years ago. Kratom has actually taught me a lot about my body now that I think about it. I do a lot of things differently nowadays based on a less is more principal.
Regardless, I'll stick to that dose for this one even if it was a delightful accident

Chris is amazing I've only been buying leaf from him as of recently when soultanic is out of stock which is alot after the soultanic drops. But yeah Chris got some amazing leaf he's a really cool guy too.one time I was super low and he sent me anther order cause one of my orders got lost in the mail. He really knows his leaf. Actually this morning im burning his east kali white right now which is amazing morning burn!!!

Yeah; I really like the E Kali White as well! Good energy and mood lift!
