I have several samples from YLYL and have been on the fence with them. For whatever reason, I never really felt them. However, I have some torn cartilage in my knee and have found Becky’s blend to be on point in managing the aching and stiffness. So much so, I was able to snowboard all day today at Crested Butte with little to no problems.
It’s a red but is not sedating, just mellow, and provides a one two punch if you will of tempering the knee (and scoliosis which is always lurking in the background) and keeping me alert and cruising through the day.
