Botanical Bunny customer service

Just wanted to post about my experiences with Botanical Bunny. I've been buying from them off and on all year with no issues. Earlier this month I placed an order for a couple of the newer strains and when I got my order I noticed instead of the Gold MD I'd ordered I had been sent the same size Green Bali. I sent a message that evening and the response was super fast and literally the next day they shipped out my Gold MD. They gave me the Green Bali to keep, which I hadn't tried, and it actually was super good and I ended up buying a bigger bag of that the next week, lol. Needless to say they've sent me a lot of packages this month :lol: I know BB is fairly popular around here but just thought I'd put this out there, the customer service really is as good as the leaf.

I thought the gold md was one of their better strains for sure. I created a post about it because it was so good. Just thought id say that lol

Many changes in the kratom business from 1 year ago - BB had some payment processor issues, like all vendors have. Great to hear that you got fast delivery there. I do think "Fast Shipping" is going bye bye, along with credit card payments.. for many of them. Bunny is trying hard to maintain that same level of service. But customers should not expect, every good vendor can do that... kudos to BB, a top notch vendor!

I placed my first order with BB last Friday. I’m still waiting for it. By far the slowest shipping I’ve experienced with any vendor. Yesterday I placed my first order with Inland Botanicals. I emailed asking when I should expect delivery. Nathan replied within 5 minutes (!) letting me know it will be delivered this Saturday. I’m pleased.

Welcome to the board, ShortyRS. The thing to look for when rating a vendor's shipping speed is the point at which they get your package into the hands of the shipping service (USPS, UPS, etc). That's where they shine or don't, because everything after that depends on the shipping service AND how far away from the vendor you're located.

In my own experience BB gets my package to USPS pretty quickly, usually within 12 hours. But because they're in TX and I'm in SC, I know it will take at least a couple of days to arrive. By contrast, Mystic also gets it in the mail in the same timeframe but I receive it the next day because they're so close geographically.

K-OG, on the other hand... great leaf, but be prepared to wait for it. My last order, it took them a full week -- seven days -- from the time I paid to the time USPS had the package in their hands. But I knew that going in, so it was fine by me. It's just hard to wait for good leaf. :lol:

Finally received my order from Botanical Bunny today. I dosed 4 g of white Jong Kong and within 15 minutes I felt strong effects. Uplifting, alertness and euphoric. I’m impressed. I will dose 3 g next time.

Glad I bought a scale because BB kratom is heavier than the other vendors I’ve used.

Tomorrow I’ll be receiving my order from Inland Botanical, all green strains. :D

Just a note on Friday orders.

Friday evening is the worst time to order from us if you are needing it quickly.

Saturday is the only day of the week that we don't fill orders so if you order after 6pm or around that time it'll get processed on Sunday and mailed out on Monday morning.
Every other day we can get orders to the post office within 24 hours usually. Worst case when things are super busy can be 36 hrs but that doesn't happen often.

Another thing I've noticed with customers in the northeast is that shipping times vary wildly. ETA delivery window from Houston is usually 2 to 3 days but it can take 4 or 5 days some of the time.

I've gotta give credit where credit's due: Botanical Bunny's customer service is AWESOME.

I inquired two weeks ago about a specific strain that I was eager to try, which was not on the list of available inventory. I got a message back- pretty quickly- explaining that the re-stock would be happening at the end of this week. When the new inventory still wasn't showing up, I messaged again to ask about it. Not only did he/she/they respond promptly to explain the situation, he/she/they also asked me specifically what I was looking to order, went "in back" and dug some out, and then put an order together for me, complete with discount code and all.

Easily one of the top five best customer service experiences in my entire life. Top two if we're only counting kratom purchases.

Based on this, I blended BB Plantation (Lot 12) and BB White MD Jong Kong today in a 1:1 mix, and it was one of the best doses I've had in a while, incredibly mood lifting, a lot of energy, not too jittery. Like you I'll probably dial down the dose a bit next time because it was definitely powerful. Good call on the scale! Everyone should be using one, to be honest, because there are just too many grind and density differences between strains to get any kind of real consistency in doses when going by volume (measuring spoons) alone.
