Went on the 4 oz, hardly need to take any to feel a great mood boost and a clean energy, I’m talking like half a teaspoon maybe for good effects. I took too much just from doing my usual dose(like 3-4 grams) combo with the green and white and it hit me like a bag of pennies, like super warm and fuzzy euphoric feeling, but a bit of disorientation like being drunk, think I went just slightly over the edge of too much. Never had kratom like this, pick it up while you can it’s legit

Yes, I concur - I did 3 grams exactly and it was perfect for my tennis yesterday. As a matter of fact, I chalk up my excellent play to at least 40% due to the Kratom - I was both pain free and totally energized, and yet felt tremendous. I played for two 1/2 hours, won all three sets, and was never more athletic (which is saying something for this old man - beat kids 20 years my junior).

It’s been the only white I’ve liked, it’s not fast

Btw, the green is just as good

Yeah, I won't be trying the green until late next week (if then - just depends on my schedule as I have to make the capsules first).

The red was also very good - I took exactly 3 grams last night and slept through very well (on a day before tennis that's very important).

That’s awesome! You sound like a hell of an old man if you are as old as you say you are make sure to live it up. Buy a VR gaming setup! Go sky diving, maybe? I envy you for the wisdom you have, it’s not all fun being young making mistakes lol.

Oh I've made enough mistakes to last a lifetime (but will undoubtedly make more).
