partial unemployment questions

Hello everyone ...does anyone here getting partial unemployment ? i know every state is different but i cant call them because department of labor so busy and they dont answer questions at this time i called 500 times without any luck ...

I'm on full, not partial and in WA St. I do know that our unemployment is running like 2 months behind except for the people that got incredibly lucky and were able to get through on one of the phone numbers. Some of those phone numbers got disconnected because all the calls coming in were keeping them from doing their work in order.

There was a thread about unemployment running every day for a while in the WA coronavirus sub on Reddit and an unemployment employee was popping in as she had time to answer questions and try to help people. She said their phone lines were getting pinged at like 100 calls per second and they had a backlog of around 300,000 messages in the online message queue.

i file a claim but problem is that they make mistake because i file partial i lost full time job but still work some hours part time job ..i received letter and it showing both of my job and i need to fix that asap because i can get in trouble . maybe when i file lady dont understand me because english is my second language and i really dont know what to do

How about uploading some info to your claim. Maybe a letter explaining what's going on and any documentation to support it. Then try to get them on the phone again and they can look at all that while you're on the phone with them.
