That's pretty god damn scummy I'm not going to lie. So it's really seems to be mental illness and/or a drug problem, now I don't know what to think this really may be all intentional. Either way this entire situation is fucked up and sad tbh.BallzDeep9 wrote:<SIGH> OK, here's 1 of the missing, deleted, Reddit posts from 2.5 years ago. I don’t know of any shady Kratom vendors whatsoever. Are there really that many out there? Everyone vendor That started at the same time with have all gone big time mainstream. Kratom isn’t a shady RC chem world anymore. There’s a reason why I used to only take credit/debit, it’s because it gives buyers confidence. I take Zelle to make it convenient for my customers and so people can avoid sharing info with foreign processors.
Let me clue you in:
Chargebacks have a 60 day window with MasterCard and visa, Amex has 90 days. It doesn’t matter what I do in a chargeback, credit card companies will compensate you regardless of whether I pay it or not. This is the guarantee that MasterCard/ visa makes to entice consumers to use their services. It’s the credit card companies that take on the liability. That’s why they usually do credit checks before they’ll open a new merchant account. If I wanted to rip someone off, the way it would have to be done is by closing my bank account and owe the merchant processing company and my bank the amount of the chargebacks. Even in this situation nobody gets ripped off. This might work if you have no assets and don’t care about repurcussions like bad debt on your credit, and bank charge off blacklists like check systems, making it virtually impossible to do business in the future let alone have a bank account. So, no I wasn’t trying to “repeatedly” delay people, since it wouldn’t make a difference unless it went past the 2 months, which I doubt anyone is willing to wait. I simply lost access to my accounts. Anyone filing a dispute would have received an immediate temporary credit to their account, regardless of what happened or what I did. Then the credit card company would conduct it’s investigation to see if the claim is valid. I would have to provide tracking numbers to win something like that.
When this happened in 2017, I had a tough time dealing with my fathers death, and was a wreck. I moved home from California to help him through cancer treatment. He died from an accident after he had beat a very rare myestania gravis. When I came back after 2 weeks of silence, I offered to double everyone’s order. That’s when I got hacked and lost access to my accounts. Nothing prevents you from refiling the same dispute: you tried to work it out with merchant and failed to come to a resolution. It’s a very simple process. I’d have to have dragged that out for 2 months, which I doubt anyone would wait for given sudden, complete silence on my part. Everyone who posted on that thread all got refunds or double their order. It just took me a little while to regain access to my accounts. Credit/ debit was the only form of payment that I was taking. That’s not the behavior of someone trying to scam people, it’s the behavior of someone trying to remedy the problem. Find me one victim of that supposed scam, or this one for that matter. Where are all of the victims who got screwed?
Saying you got ripped off is not considered a vendor review on Reddit. It’s actually helpful information and serves as a warning to others. Nobody removed any posts about me ripping them off, because it didn’t happen. Reddit was exclusively where my business was based out of. Everything I did or didn’t do was posted on Reddit. I don’t even have the ability to take down posts from there. How could I have pulled such a scam and not have one post after that?
Keri, the person who posted on here was an oversight and I owned up to it. She ordered before I lost access to my accounts, so I have no excuse except it got lost in the wake of the madness that’s ensuedt. I doubled her order for her troubles. She’s saying her emails are bouncing back, with invalid email showing even on her end. Is that something I’m even able to control?
If this was mental illness or drug induced, there would be moments of clarity, from either medications or sobriety. There’s no explanation for someone saying this has happened 3 times in the course of 3 years. In retrospect, the diluted beliefs would become apparent in both drug induced delusions and mental health delusions. Nobody has 3 year long delusions. People who are delusional also realize that they’re that way once they’re able to look back at it. It’s pretty rare that somebody doesn’t realize they’re being diluted for 3 years. I’d have to have been high for 3 years continuously and most likely not have slept at all. Additionally none of the drugs I was using to self medicate with would have that effect.
It’s obvious to me now that I’ve been sharing too much info. Unfortunately that’s just the way I am and not something I’ve been very conscious of. It’s this naivety that somebody appears to be capitalizing on. I didn’t grow up around criminals and it has never been something that I’ve been very cautious about. This probably made me an easy mark in the criminal world of the “jungle”, the place where I was robbed and assaulted just before this started in 2017.
There’s a translucent black box that pops up on my phone that prevents tapping/clicking on anything covered by that box. That box pops up on my alarm page, and prevents me from going to my devices page, which has history of doors and windows opening or shutting. Also available there is the ability to disable sensors, which would explain how they’re getting past the alarm. When I just recently regained access to the sensor history, doors and windows were opening and closing when I was still awake and the alarm armed. You can see where/when they come in and go out. I don’t have the ability to change the event history on my alarm. I don’t have the know how to do any of this stuff. In fact, I didn’t even know it was possible. I’m simply sharing what’s observable and verifiable. I’m not asking anyone to believe anything that I don’t have evidence of.
If I were lying and making this up as an excuse or otherwise, wouldn’t I make up a more believable story? Why would I stick to this story that makes me look crazy? Is there a disorder that makes someone lie and doctor evidence to perpetuate their lie?
