Obvious shill for the marijuana industry, huh? The devils lettuce KILLS and cancer is incurable except by bombarding your body with ultra-toxic radiation and pharma death chems! Next time you think marijuana is good, watch the documentary "reefer madness" and realize you're WRONG! (/s {do I even need to alert you to my sarcasm})

Re: If you think the Gov't. has no agenda and tells the trut
I've always dreamed of cannabis being legal and decriminalized on both a state and federal level as it is such a beautiful and health beneficial plant/medicine. The govt definitely has there own agenda on how they want it to be. It's all about the money for them. I live in a state where it's been legal on a state level for medicinal reasons that required a doctor's recommendation since 1996 and I myself have had my own doctors recc for 13 years and has saved my life from horrible GI stomach health issues and improved my quality of life. My mother was on her death bed due to Crohn's disease and the shortly after introducing her to cannabis she went inti remission and hasn't been this healthy and active and happy in most of my life! Back to that govt agenda prop 64 passed in 2016 and went into effect in early 2018 for dispensaries to be able to sell cannabis to adults 21 and up without a doctor's recc but the tax has gone way up. I'm taking the same places I would donate $35 for top shelf eigth ounces to $60 top shelf eighths it's all about the money for them and most of us if not all it's no surprise. The facts that they surpressed on all this scientific data on it's benefits instead of demonizing thr plant is beauracractic bullshit and now that they can like their pockets by taxing and regulating the owners of dispensaries and growers that wanf to do it the legal way shows it's all about the money and always has been point blank. Growers are being taxed a huge amount on the licensing and taxed for every per square foot a ridiculously high amount just to grow to where now they can barley live where as before when it was just medicinal the growers could still sell low to dispensaries and be top shelf buds for everyone in the community to profit, live and be happy consumer or production wise. The govt doesnt care about the health of American people they care how can they profit off of it.

There is plenty of scientific data and anecdotal evidence from cancer survivors testimonies themselves that it has shrank their tumors and put them into remission. Ask the cancer survivors and see what they say!

Yes, I have a really lethal RA and was torn up bad with it and one of the college kids said "Here eat this" - changed everything. I can have an arm fail and flop around for days, but if I have eaten cannabis, it doesn't happen.
Still kind of expensive for me. The decrim/legalize will make it where I can eat 25mg twice a day and still buy food.

I'm very happy to hear it has benefited you brother I'm glad people have access to it more now than ever legally especially for people like you and me that would rather take something natural and holistic as opposed to the pharmaceuticals they have no problem prescribing which has caused the opiod epidemic . Just bothers me how we've been taught to demonize such things and conditioned to believe if the govt says it don't question it, it must be true mentality most folks have.

Scientific data? Where?FightForKratom wrote:There is plenty of scientific data and anecdotal evidence from cancer survivors testimonies themselves that it has shrank their tumors and put them into remission. Ask the cancer survivors and see what they say!
Anecdotes and testimonies are not evidence. Cancer survivors are not oncologists.
And if their tumors did shrink, how would they even know? You don't trust science, right? Do you think all science is government propaganda?
It doesn't surprise me at all that conspiracy theorists reject the historical method and scientific method, and only support anecdotes, because we all know how reliable those are. Are you seriously supporting the outrageous claim that vaccines cause autism? Have fun having no one in the scientific community ever taking you seriously. What's next, steel beams? No moon landing? The Earth is flat? People have given testimonies and anecdotes that say they've been abducted by aliens, so are they reliable too? There's plenty of "anecdotal evidence."
Just no point in forming a rebuttal
Also this has no place in general kratom discussion, should be moved to off topic

Re: If you think the Gov't. has no agenda and tells the trut
Here are just two articles I found just from a simple search. One by the American Cancer society. I work very closely with patients here in California no i do not have scientific background but from the hundreds of patients i have personally known, helped and doctors that advocate the use of cannabis as a medicine im pretty sure id take the word of a professional who's in this line of work. My post wasn't to stir the pot and turn people bitter it was to open the eyes of close minded folks and possibly give a positive insight on it's use. I am in no way saying that it cures or helps 100% of patients without conventional treatment but together they help very much to where I and many others in the medical marijuana industry can vouch for. Here's an excerpt from the American Cancer Society:
"More recently, scientists reported that THC and other cannabinoids such as CBD slow growth and/or cause death in certain types of cancer cells growing in lab dishes. Some animal studies also suggest certain cannabinoids may slow growth and reduce spread of some forms of cancer."
2.)www.medicalnewstoday.com/articles/279571.php
Again this is just information I'm sharing that took 30 seconds to find I'm sure there will be plenty other unbiased scientific research other than me.

I appreciate it, you too man. I know there is real science being done with cannabis, I'm not knocking that. I just don't like the pseudoscientists masquerading as legitimate. I should have made that distinction, that's my fault. I'm sure there are medical benefits to cannabis, but it unfortunately gets co-opted by a lot of nuts. We need actual science, tested and proven, and I'm glad to know there are qualified people exploring it. But those people listed in OP's article are hurting the real cause.FightForKratom wrote: i am in no way a conspiracy theorist as i do believe many facts provided by our government I'm solely speaking on the benefits of cannabis as a medicine. Why? Because i speak plainly and where you sling "pseudo science" i say "troll"? Yes. Lots of anti people claim an inability to understand return on what they dish. Its a common trait among the hillary voters. The only "science" is what they like.
Its just over 50 years of people getting away with a scam has got old? It doesn't freak people out and send them running and people wonder what the real motive actually is?

It has little to do with your point of view, and everything to do with the way you present it. You yourself are just hard to follow, and it's not because I disagree. I welcome differing opinions
But here you were uncharacteristically (relatively) coherent . Although, your unwarranted and incessant politicization isn't doing you any favors. (I didn't vote for Hillary Clinton, if you must know.) Fewer run on sentences and a little punctuation go a long way. Overall I give your post a 5/10, and a "3" on the "how many times I had to reread it to make sense of it" scale. Good job.
Usually you post like you've been using an English>Turkish>back to English translator. Behold this gem viewtopic.php?f=7&t=1266&hilit=Fransherb

I must say though, i used to smoke every day since i was like 14 and im 34 now and look like im 25 so there might be something to the aging process and thc/cbd intake. I recently quit smoking for about a year and a half and i am starting to age finally. Anyone else notice if dro slows down your aging process?

For myself (and I can't emphasize this pretext enough) I noticed it only stopped MY BRAIN from aging. I honestly felt like I was at age 18-22 for thirty years (and more importantly, made decisions as such.) That's why I had to quit. Honestly I don't feel much better, but I have to hope I will one day. Again, it affects everyone differently and I'm not making any generalizations nor am I against pot in ANY WAY, I'm only speaking of my experience personally. I'm all for pot and the imbibing of it by anyone who wants to do so.gravystainonmyshirt wrote:I must say though, i used to smoke every day since i was like 14 and im 34 now and look like im 25 so there might be something to the aging process and thc/cbd intake.
