Any of you have experience using Blue Lotus to induce lucid dreams?

Many people have reported it can help induce more vivid or even lucid dreams...

I made this video - "How to make Lucid Dreaming Tincture" - which not only gives step by step instructions for how to make max strength blue lotus tincture, but also provides a review of my experience using the tincture before bed. The next morning, I describe the effects it had on my dreams.

Herba Rosa has made more of an emphasis on blue lotus lately, and this series of videos on the Sober Catboy youtube channel are meant to provide an entertaining way for people to learn about the different ways to prepare and use blue lotus.

Interesting, I’ve seen and heard many accounts of this but never tried it myself. But I have friends who swear by the lotus, not for lucid dreaming purposes, more so for relaxation and some claim it helps potentiate some of the calming effects of kratom

I find it easier to lucid dream when I wake up in the middle of the night, get up for an hour, hour and a half and have a couple cups of tea and scroll online, then go back to sleep for a couple hours. Then is when I can lucid dream. Not so much during regular sleep if I sleep through the night. Maybe I'll try it with blue lotus sometime.

You want some VIVID dreams, try sleeping with a pillow stuffed with mugwort.

I used to make dream pillows back in the day but only put mugwort in them (which smells wonderful btw). More recently I made one for myself
with mostly mugwort but also blue vervain and rose petals.

i've never heard of one! mugwort. hmmm, are they easy to make? as in, can you make me one, i do need a new pillow. if you wanna, set a price? i got this goose down pillow that's a huge square, but it keeps getting flat.

Been busy modding on Reddit and as if all this wasn't enough, I started two new subs of my own.

You just take like a pillowcase or a pouch or something and stuff it with a bunch of herbs and sew it shut. I used to make them out of velvet. A really small pillowcase would work. They don't need to be big, actually small enough to just tuck up next to your face. What I used for this last one was a velvet zipper pouch I found on Etsy, because I didn't feel like digging out my sewing machine.

You're welcome! Just mugwort is enough, you don't need the blue vervain and rose petals. That was more of a 'witchy' addition.

I got a super green from tgem that was fast as hell. No joke. I will check and see if theres a batch # on it. It was a 2oz sample

dreams are totally vivid, but i wouldn't say completely lucid.

I love mugwort dreams, I can hardly wait to try the Blue lotus with it. Especially when I do that wake up in the middle of the night for an hour and then go back to sleep thing. Lucid dreams guaranteed. Lol

Hey there. I'm terribly sorry for abandoning this post. Something happened around mid-September that sent my mental health reeling and Double M was just one of those things I had to put on the backburner. I hope you understand.

The guy I originally ordered blue lotus from when I first tried it told me to avoid using it with kratom, as it can be bad for your neurochemistry. For me, blue lotus is great for when you are taking a break from kratom.

Yeah I can see that helping with lucid dreaming. For me, they always seem to happen more often in the morning, for the last hour or two before waking up. Probably because the REM sleep is winding down and the conscious brain is waking up a bit more. It also helps to incorporate techniques like spotting irregularities that make you say, "You know what? This is a dream." Like lights changing brightness on their own or clocks not showing consistent time.

I stopped using batch stickers a while back, since someone told me I'd be better off without them. But I can bring them back if you think I should. I can tell you if the batch I have now is different if you can tell me when you got that sample. Was it before August? If it was before August, I have a new batch now.

Thank you for saying that! I really appreciate it and I'm happy that I've been able to warm up to you.

Yes, the kratom comes from Viti Levu, Fiji. Most of the kava is grown on Vanatu.

By the way, I am hoping to have a less expensive variety of Maeng Das coming soon. Once I do, I'll be renaming my original strains to White/Green/Red "Fiji" and the new ones will be the Maeng Das. However, they are all still maeng das. One is just more expensive because it comes from Fiji and is usually slightly stronger.
