The craziest rumor I've ever heard about myself

Just thought I'd share this, you don't have to contribute to this if you don't want to.
I worked in a carpet/rug manufacturing plant when I lived in Alabama in 2008. I woke up one morning with the worst pain I've ever experienced in my life, drove myself to the hospital
and found out I had appendicitis, my appendix was leaking and on the verge of bursting. Had to have emergency surgery and missed work for about a month. But while in surgery the surgeon discovered a non malignant carcinoid tumor on my appendix, which they were able to remove entirely. By the time I get back to work it had gotten around the plant that cancer had spread throughout my entire body! It was a small town in Alabama, I don't even know how a wild rumor can spread like that but yeah, that's definitely the craziest rumor I've ever heard about myself.
