Anyone have any experience w Kanna or its extracts? Lookin to take a break from kratom during the week and def need some help w low mood

I see that a lot of people love kanna. However, I tried it once and I got an extreme head rush from it. I was scared that I might have to go to the emergency room but it subsided after about 15 minutes. That was my one and only time trying it.
