Good subject post! I make tea's a lot, like ginger tea, peppermint tea, Lofant tea (its like ginseng), and many other tea's, sometimes combined into one pot 3 to 5 herbs. Kratom and vitamin C like always. Only sugar source is RAW honey. How about we get pictures of the medicine cabinet?

Im really into herbal powders and teas instead of manufactured products though the manufactured products work well too. The reason being that the plant has many constituents, some of which are probably meant to work synergistically with each other (meaning theres all sorts of vitamins and minerals meant to be taken together.)
Some of the herbal powders which I take (which are good for almost everything tbh) are: moringa, soursop, neem. As for teas, I like nutritional teas such as alfalfa and nettle and I also picked up some cistus tea which is supposedly good for the immune system. I add in rose hips for vitamin C.
Also, oregano oil is a must. A lot of people swear by this and I actually treated food poisoning with it (in combination with taking fresh cilantro.) Also, I work with an herbalist and she recommended a product called VS-C from Nature's Sunshine as an anti-viral so I have a bottle of that.

Take proven, science based, vitamins and supplements that work.. Pass on some expensive stuff like Echinacea, Saw Palmetto, etc. with NO evidence that they do anything!
I have posted on MM, my Kratom green vitamin smoothie drink

- with Liquid
Multi (Tropical Oasis) and powder
Vitamin C complex (acerola, rose hips & extra bioflavanoids.). Everyone should take a daily multi vitamin.. Liquid formula contains lots of ingredients your body may find useful. Here is a link that compares different brands:
https://top6pro.com/top-best-organic-li ... ivitamins/
Of course many herbal supplements are good. Turmeric, Ashwagandha, Garlic, to name a few..

Others have little to no value - Interesting study of Echinacea which is very popular to treat the Common Cold virus.. A few studies have proven it's really no better than placebo... However people BELIEVE that it works! So.. Religion over Science? >
https://sciencebasedmedicine.org/belief-in-echinacea/
The significant new finding of this study was that belief in Echinacea was more important than the content of the pill, regardless of whether subjects received Echinacea or placebo. To be more precise, it showed that subjects who thought they had a cold and who thought Echinacea was effective and who got either Echinacea or a placebo and who either knew they were getting Echinacea or thought they might be getting Echinacea were more likely to think their cold was gone sooner than if they got no pills.

I tried Echinacea before and some reason my body didnt like it or just in general i thought it was crap, i read up on saw palmetto and thought it was a scam. Its way to advertised everywhere like its the new Godly thing for men.
I have a garden, with like 5 different mint family's in it. Got nettle leaf, Oregano leaf and its pretty big right now. In February a buddy co-worker got very sick, i told him to get some Oregano, next day he comes over feeling good and healthy. I said what you do? he said he went to whole foods and got some Oregano leaf and made tea out of it. I told him i am glad it helped him.. Me, i prefer Oregano Oil, 1 or 2 drops is enough. More then that and you wont be able to drink it, unless you cap it and swallow it, then chase it with 2 cups of water.

Whats funny is that echinacea doesn't seem to do anything for me either. Nor saw palmetto. Usually it seems that when something in natural health becomes mainstream, its actually way overrated. Everybody tries to cash in on it and it seems like they often make poor quality products. I remember seeing one report where they tested herbal supplements at a store and half of them didn't even have what they claimed to have.
If I could pick two supplements that are key, it would be oregano oil and another one I forgot to mention, olive leaf extract.

Great choice, you can also numb pain much better with 3 drops on a Q tip and rub it on the side where your tooth nerve exposed. Works 1000% better. I never used anything else once i learned this trick, just don't do it to much because you will kill the tissue, yes its that strong! all you need is rub it 2-3 seconds on the side of the gum where your tooth hurts and if wish from inside mouth around that tooth area. Its also known to remove Alzheimer and Parkinson. You cant go wrong on it, all you need is 1 drop a week just to keep up and a bottle of oregano oil is what? 13$ off amazon? cheap and very very effective. If people only knew, and that bottle will last you a long long time since you only need so little of it each use.

My headshrinker (an MD) recommended zinc and green tea combination.
Easy to get green tea, hard to find zinc supplements now. Ordered from Amazon but not expecting delivery until May.
Safeway, Longs (CVS), Vitamin Shoppe, all sold out. Gotta try Walgreens!

Peppertmint leaf is on sell for 20% off, take advantage if you dont have any. I just collected tons few days ago and still have some from last year.. You guys have no clue how much drinking random herbs will help lower tolerance. Each time is see someone complaining they cant feel kratom, i am always in ??? what do they mean? But when i stop drinking herbal tea's, the effects of kratom seem to be reduced if you dose often.. So when ever after your dose, like after 3 or 4 hours , make a nice hot brew of herbal tea, and wait another 2-3 hours before dose, i guaranteed that you will feel the effects much better. I am not sure that tea flushes you out and it makes you feel very subtle mild good feeling. Nothing like store juices wich i forgot about and haven't used any in 6 years or so. Peppermint is very tasty and all you need is stevia or raw honey if have any. You could also buy one peppermint plant from lows or home dept and you will have peppermint all year long. You can rip some leafs off right off the bush and boil the leaf for 3-5 min, thats all you need. or boiling water over your plants and cover it for 10 min.

OK... Long story short, I compared my
Tropical Oasis liquid multi (below) - to the above powder
Orange Triad - I immediately ordered this product! Amazon has 3 left in stock.
Background: I have been researching vitamin & mineral supplements for.. well, before the Internet lol

There IS a huge difference in what you get.. It's funny that a Search on Amazon brings up a bunch of products.. including "Centrum" the stuff sold at Walmart, Walgreens, etc. In a word... WEAK!! Centrum and most vitamin products are very weak. I've been on Tropical Oasis for a couple years, one of the best Liquid multi's out there.
Compare: TRO Tropical Oasis, vs ORT Orange Triad. Start with "B" Vitamins. A
red flag , do they use Cyanocobalamin for B12 ? A low-grade, low-quality and slightly toxic (cyanide) form of vitamin B12, used by all the cheap vitamin manufacturers.. Look for Methylcobalamin. All the better multi's use Methylcobalamin.. ORT has over 600 mcg per serving! vs TRO has 80.
From there, I went right down the List. Some numbers compare IU vs milligrams, so skip the Vitamin D & E, but, ORT had more # in just about every category. Comparing the minerals was tricky. Trace Minerals are important.. TRO has a Fulvic Acid colloidal mineral complex which is good. But ORT, with 2X Chromium, and others like boron, vanadium, added.. ORT zero Iron. Men don't want Iron.. ORT has 100X the Selenium, per serving, compared to TRO! 10X as much Quercitin.. others like Pantothenic Acid 2X. ORT has Glucosamine & Chondroitin vs TRO does not. ORT even has Spirulina, Enzyme Blend, Probiotics blend.. TRO does not. Even stuff like Bee Pollen and.. Japanese Knotweed a very good supplement (high concentration of Resveratrol). So.. this multi vitamin ORT - is superior to my TRO!
Orange Triad FTW! Forget those cheap Supermarket brands like Centrum, 1-A-Day, Alive, and Amazon's house brand Solimo.. shitty vitamins
make more money for Amazon... Orange Triad gets hidden in bodybuilder supplements. I also prefer powder or liquid.. over pills. But most people want pills I guess?
