Whats your toughts on Hypnosis?

I just watched this video and it was pretty interesting to see.

Any thoughts on it? how it works? manipulation, trickery? or they agreed to it?

Lol. These are always fun to watch. I have never seen one live though. I sorta believe that if you trust the hypnotist and are highly suggestible, maybe it could work. I don't think anyone can be hypnotized if they don't want to be. I would say that if these young people ARE 'under' then the guy third from the left definitely is NOT feeling it but trying hard to go along.
If this were my show, I would absolutely put MATS on the floor

I don't think it's manipulation...I think it's a willingness on both sides for it to work. Just like faith healers, or magic tricks (that claim to be real and not just entertainment.) I definitely don't think hypnosis is legitimate, to put it plainly. Office.Space made it seem pretty cool, though.
