Miso glazed. Mix some light miso with a little water or saki or white wine, spread it on the salmon, let it sit 8 hours or up to 24, scrape the miso off and broil, bake or bbq. Delicious!

First thing I do is throw the salmon away.
Then I get a big T-bone steak and pan sear it with butter, salt, pepper, onion, and mushroom.

Speaking of salmon, I have a plate of smoked salmon and Ritz crackers in front of me. Gonna need to wipe down the keyboard and mouse after this one.

I love that USDA prime beef, but you don't like salmon?! They struggle all the way upstream and onto my plate for dinner.
Meh on the mushrooms.

No, I don’t like salmon. I’ve tried it prepared a multitude of different ways and it’s not for me. I think a big part of it is the orange flesh. Just seems strange to me lol.
Although, I do like most fish in general, especially grilled swordfish and fried cod.
But I’d take a big ole rare steak any day of the week over a fish dish!

Sounds like a plan to much work, to make a salmon decent, a steak can taste great with just salt and pepper and the extra seasoning is a bonus. I guess I’m thawing our a brisket today lol

Lmao I personally love salmon if done right, but I too would prefer a steak over it , salmon for some is an acquired taste but hey to each there own.
Oh and smoked is nice too I haven’t had one in a while
