Help With Anxiety

I'm looking for over the counter or natural alternatives to help with my anxiety.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

100 - 200 mg of Theanine (it's easy to take too much, and feel a bit spacey), some good Magnesium, Skullcap extract, Magnolia Bark extract, Valerian Root extract, Passion Flower extract, Lemon Balm extract, and maybe some Ashwagandha extract, all come to mind.

CBD extract can be helpful, and full spectrum CBD extract possibly even more so, but that could contain a whiff of THC that would trigger a drug screen, even though it wouldn't get you high. CBD extract can be pricey though.

Some people with anxiety use over the counter Lithium Orotate, which can be effective in small doses, and thus not as problematic as prescription Lithium.

Small doses of Benadryl can sometimes be helpful.

I've also talked to someone that took a L-Theanine + Passionflower Extract regularly and said it really helped them, but there was significant rebound anxiety when they stopped use. Also kind of pricey.

A half dose of benadryl + melatonin is a good over the counter sleep aid, better than nyquil or a full dose of benadryl, which will knock you out but not help you stay asleep. I think anxiety and sleep are closely related, not getting enough will definitely exacerbate anxiety, which will then make it harder to get to sleep, and so on.
