Ok, my next year resolution is to go Vegan, anyone here who don't eat meat and have any advice? I understand from thousands of video's i watched that eating meat lowers your vibration. What do i mean by lowering your vibration? To me it means, everything that is meat we consume every bit of that meat cells that was feared before death passes on to us, and it can manifest in many different ways, you could have nightmares to red meat cancer. Not to mention you might get extreme moos swings. It grounds you to the point when you just want to lay on a couch and watch TV or just have sex, since most meat has way to much hormones. I noticed when i eat fast food chicken i dont need to take macca root. That's just some stuff of top of my head. I noticed people who dont eat meat, their IQ is higher and they think more clear, a good example who dont eat meat is, Infinite Waters (Diving Deep) https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCjt7bE ... f_CiY2ZOlQ . I mean there is many others but they also make strong points not to eat meat.

(This video is a must watch for all, this video was the final decision for me to go vegan! Warning, not for the weak hearts, 18+ in my opinion)

Sure, i am going to eat beans, nuts and all the good stuff. What about you guys, anyone here thought of going vegan?

I did vegan for four years and there are definite benefits. My total cholesterol (which was
never really high) dropped from 178 to 148. My blood pressure also leveled out to 110/74
or there about! I lost 25 pounds and my weight stayed in the 175-179 pound range, exactly
where it was in high school (like 50 years ago!) Definite advantages to going vegan.

It took around 4 weeks to get used to a meatless diet but it was worth it! Right now, I'm
back to eating meat several times a week. I've gained some weight and my cholesterol
levels have increased quite a bit and my blood pressure has gone up some. I'm in the
process right now of easing back to a meatless diet!

Brave, are you doing the vegan thing for the new year?

My ex roommate said vegans have bad gas, any truth to this?

I think their is some truth to it, i dont think i will ever be 100% vegan since its so so so hard. But i did reduce meat consumption and processed foods. Organic chiken meat i still eat, i avoid any other meats. Maybe some fresh caught fish. Also on the gas part, i believe if you do juicing and have the wrong mixes, gas can happen. It really depends, not all vegans eat the same stuff or drink same stuff. I mean since they dont eat meats, beans are like the perfect substitute so that can explain the gas issue as well.
