Supposedly you can brew ground cacao like coffee to make a drink. Drink supposedly synergizes with kratom well.
Anyone tried?

I live in nicaragua and my friend has a cacao plantation. I have tried fresh cacao fruit right off the tree, fermented cacao, and ground cacao. I didnt notice any differences with my burns. However never brewed it like coffee. But we are in talks to add it to a cacao bar infused with mushrooms and kratom. His company is called el pital. He can answer any cacao questions. But knows nothing about kratom. Send him an email if interested. His name is eve tell him your friends with jared.

Thanks for the info Jared.
So I got this cacao grounds from Crio Bru on Amazon and it brews like coffee. It has no caffeine but it does have theobromine, a natural stimulant which is supposed to be longer lasting and a little more mellow. I can say there is definite, enjoyable mood boost equivalent to some mild kratom.
I drank mine with ice, and the taste is like dark chocolate, but not sweet or bitter, very delicious.
Recommend you try.

Found a local bean to bar place,
https://manoachocolate.com/, and scored 1lb of brewing chocolate, made of crushed cacao beans, for $18, as opposed to the Crio Bru on Amazon, 10oz for $13.95.
Brews up in my French press for a thick and creamy adult cocoa - it's not sweet and not overly bitter. Good with ice.
They also have chocolate tea, made from the husks of roasted cacao. It's a lighter drink than the brewed chocolate. Makes a clear tea which tastes a lot like barley tea. Was ok, wouldn't buy it, but would def drink if available.
The theobromine in these drinks is awesome.

Brewed some cacao and added Swerve sweetener, tastes just like a hot cocoa, but I put it on ice.
