Labels. Help/Ideas

I'm putting together a birthday present for someone and need printed labels. I'm not tech savvy nor do I have a printer and the person who could easily do this for me is the recipient. I'm looking for min 1" x2.5" max 2" x3.5" stick on labels, fancy design would be a bonus. If someone would point me in the right direction or be willing to make them for me and I'm happy to cover any cost.

Color printed? You say fancy design so I assume color... Yes I'm a 'Micro' vendor and I can make Color laser labels on Avery stock, either 1" x4" which is Avery-5261 iirc. Ten to a sheet... this size I have a Template. Of course there's other sizes.

I'd be willing to "batch" this project along with my own, depends on several things - How much work involved/ How many labels/. Different sizes / Setup work ( Design, artwork, etc.) so it's like any project you'd need to write up full specs exactly WHAT you want... "Deliverables"
