It's made from Hawaiian astaxanthin, and is the strongest antioxidant in nature, 6000x stronger than vitC. I take 12mg/day and it really helps, esp. preventing sun damage to my eyes, skin and tattoos, reduce wear on joints, tendons, help with cardiovascualr system, and recovery from exercise plus immune health benefits.
