So I had my yearly physical and no negative effects from Kratom use. I'm not the first person to report good test results (blood test) after consistent Kratom use. If anyone cares I'll be glad to share any of my #s.
Didn't mention my Kratom use to my doctor, no reason to.

No, no reason to and less risky. I have had a suspicion that kratom may even be hepataprotective (liver) just from lab observation and only accumulated cases of at least "no harm" lean towards that. ? @e-poison - Using for about 18 mos, dosage has steadily climbed to 7g / day and now have pulled back to about 5 1/2 g per day.
As far as the question regarding liver, my ALT was 33 (acceptable range is 17 - 63 U/L) and my AST was 29 (acceptable range is 15 - 41 U/L). If there's any other results that you care to hear about let me know.
