Ordering from Herbal Salvation

I haven't ordered kratom in a few months, but today I went to reup from hs and can't access their kratom selection. I know they recalled a few strains after the salmonella scare but I don't see why they don't have any for sell at all. HS Is the only company I've ordered from that always had good quality and was worth the price, so I don't know where else to turn.

Basically, they aren't accepting new customers.
Have you tried logging in to your account and then checking?

I've had the same problem. I tried emailing them twice and never got a response. Seems I have an account but no membership or something to that effect.

I emailed them from a few different email addresses and I dont think they will responf regardless. I finally figured out my Login there and thats the key to access. Let me know if anyone is still having trouble and I'll explain....
