Yes, this describes the batch almost to a "T"! However, I think the "Scottie Pippen" part sells it a little short - Michael Jordan would be much more fitting.

(Also - am I the only one who thinks of this as 007? If not, a possible name would be "James Bond Red". Yeah, not as clever but every time I look at my bottles with it in it I think of the superspy).

Yeah me too. I was obsessed. I started at View To A Kill and rented the rest on VHS when available or on USA Up All Night. I saw a lot of movies i probably shouldn't have. Became movie obcessed and now i can't find time to watch them.anymore. Also its 007 to me too, i have some on the way and can't wait. And two kilos of Denette as well. All of the reds including the Fire Red..Thats next years stuff.

But yeah, im right with you. Todays youth would screm SEXIST! RACIST! And so on, but lots of Bond Sundays (and Tyrone's Dylan Sunday. Dylan Albums randomly straight through all Sunday. I know the Dylan catalog intimately

tbh I think it's too late, the name has stuck...it will always be "Red 707" to me
