That being said, I'm on a fairly high Caffeine daily AND, have traded some Coffee in for energy drinks.
Monster, Rockstar, Celsius, Alani... etc. I don't do Red Bull but many others (there's a LOT of energy brands out there! ) many also contain extra vitamins, ginseng, and other nootropics... (I also chew Korean Panax Ginseng root.) One other noot that I've tried is =
Alpha GPC. Look that up, its not cheap but is effective seems like works best in cycles. I may try again.
Plenty of good, restful, Deep Sleep = IS also important and I often enjoy a quality hemp CBD before bedtime w/ other Sleep Aids, Melatonin, etc.
