Dosage interval

Historically I've only taken 1 dose a day however for a couple (irrelevant) reasons I've taken doses twice in a day. My question is, what is the ideal interval between taking my first dose and taking my second? I want to avoid getting nauseous (obviously) and have my 2nd dose be as effective (or at least close to it) as my first. This would be an everyday occurrence if that matters.
Thanks in advance for the feedback.

I’m no help sorry, I take 5 grams every 4 hours. In the morning is always best burn for me.

From my understanding, general rule of thumb is 4-6 hours between doses for max effect depending on your tolerance and metabolism.
I normally take at like 8am, 4pm, and 11pm, however some days I only dose 2x (once in the morning, and once at night). Normally, I get good effects from each dose. When I start to notice my doses later in the day aren't giving me the effects I want, I will take a quick 24-48 hour tolerance break, or simply cut a dose out.
I think dosing 2x per day, you should be able to get the effects you want as long as you wait those 4-6 hours.

My tolerance to kray/opiates is pretty high but here's my dosing and intervals.
Wake Up 8am: 8gs
Noon: 5-6gs
5 or 6pm: 5-6gs
9:30ish: 4.5gs
Usually morning time is green strains and nighttime is red. Depending on strains and potency I might add a little extra or take some away for each dose. But usually about 4 hours for me.

I do 2 grams 5-6 time a day on weekdays and 3 times a day on weekends. So 6-12 grams a day depending. I am not happy about the fact that I feel the need to dose so many times a day. I’m working on keeping it steady at just 5 doses a day and then trying my hardest to get to 4, 3, then 2. I’d be very happy at 2 doses a day I think.

Burn once a day in the morning, sometimes a red at night, definitely sleep better with a night burn. But notice occasionally my tolerance will go up by morning. Prolly would do more evening burning if it didn’t take so long to prepare

I dose right before work around 8:30 and right after work around 6. Sometimes I throw an extra late night dose In when I'm off the next day. I see better results when I wait 8+ hours between burns.

I typically take 3 doses in a day (with an occasional 4th). I'm at 10.2 grams per dose.
My schedule usually looks like this.
1st dose - 6-7am
2nd dose - 11-12:30pm
3rd dose - (4-5 pm if I'm taking a 4th) 7-8pm if I'm not
4th - 9-10pm
I don't often take a 4th dose, but when I do, I try to make sure there's been at least 4 hours in between and I find I get best effects per dose if I wait at least 6 after ingestion.

So I've experimented with the intervals and the recommendation by most was at least 4 hours...that seemed to work pretty well as I've done that twice now and had success.

For myself -- and take this with a grain of salt because the timing is individual to your age and general digestion -- the efficacy, and/or body load if any, have a lot more to do with the last time I ate than anything else.
What I mean is this. Let's say I have a strain that consistently works well for me, a "known good" if you like, that I appreciate for its effects but has some mild body load (transient light nausea, a bit of lightheadedness or brief headache, etc) that I'm willing to put up with because otherwise it works so well.
If I take it completely fasted, like first thing in the morning, it will have higher effectiveness but also a higher body load than if I take it later in the day, even several hours after eating (bedtime, for example).
So for me, food buffers both the good effects and any body load that might be present even well after I've eaten. Depending on the situation, this can either be good or bad, but knowing about it helps me use it to my advantage.
YMMV of course, but bear it in mind when you're planning out additional doses.
