So for me fermented/bentuangie reds , have been either energizing (rarely , but herbal rva have been like this for me sometimes) or very sedating, I’m definitely looking for the slow sedating ones for sleep and anxiety issues, Anyone have suggestions on who to go with? I’m thinking of going with Benni’s,( I have yet to try them) Or any other suggestions someone might have

?

As far as I know, sometimes slow bents are called "Chocolate". Otie's Botanicals sells Red Bentaguie, and the bag I bought from them several years ago is what I'd call a Chocolate Bent. I still have some, and took half a gram of it this morning. Otie's has consistent quality, though fermenting a good Chocolate Bent is inherently prone to fluctuations, so I'd read up on recent reviews.

Off topic, sort of, but Lithium Orotate is popular among some of us who appreciate the anti anxiety benefits of Kratom because it too can help with that. It can be had pretty cheaply, so compare prices. IIRC it's also neuroprotective, and just one a day is what most people take.

WestKoast Botanicals Nano Red Bent is a super relaxing one for me that helps me drift off easier every time I use it. I usually take it about an hour or two before my bedtime.
