Does Kratom help your immune system?

Or have any other health benefits people might not realize? I’ve noticed I haven’t been sick for the last six years outside of one mild case of covid. I used to get sick at least once a year.

I only have allergies this time of year. Other than that, nothing. They should study me. Haha! Not sure if its the kratom or the much closer attention to my diet and water and no more cigs that's making it happen, but both are kratom really. I eat really well and drink 1.5 - 2 liters of water a day because kratom works better when i do So...i don't know? Haha!

How much water do you drink with each dose? I used to be quite religious about 10+ ounces per dose but my routine has been all out of whack since moving and I’m sure I’m not drinking enough

I rarely get sick and when I do it's mild. Like when I got Covid.

Kratom *might* help, but I also take a really good immune booster and have for years.

Yeah it probably helps some people and not others...who knows? Haha! Anecdotal in the true sense.

As far as the water, i usually dose with coffee. I have a thermos my adopted mom got me and its so awesome, my coffee will be lukewarm twelve hours after i put it in, so i have that with me every day when i leave. I drink the water throughout the day. I used to drink zero water for the first four years of taking kratom. Its 100% better with the water.
